with a base thickness of minimum 2mm. The pattern on warning &

direction Tactile should be an Anti-Skid Concentric Design with square

edges for tight joints and minimum gaps. The Tactile tiles should be

made from 100% virgin Polyurethane BIS/ISI marked material having

good contrast approved color as per CPWD norms, duly Tested by

Govt. of India Lab, with Self-adhesiveBUTYL Tape peel and stick type

fixing arrangement, suitable for Indoor and Outdoor use and having

high friction and to be used together as warning tiles with directional

tiles for the visually impaired/Divyangjan persons, on the pedestrian

pathway as per manufacturer design/specification with Approved brand

“R&B International” as per harmonized guidelines of CPWD and MOUD

Govt. of India. The tactile tiles firmly and press it evenly keeping them

1. The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for

which no extra payment shall be made.

2. The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

3. GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills.

4. In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R.: PRC-10/2017 Cement

Consumption/16/C, Date:11/05/2017 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change as per actual mix

design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of input rate

mentioned in all the tender.

Above all items of "Schedule-B" with Item Description, Unit, Rate & Amount have verified by me and found
