Returning filling in trenches excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M & L for sand cushioning to PVC cable with using clean dry natural river sand gently punning below/around cable all as specified.

M & L in repair earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.0 mm burried directly in ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc made of GI and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electric plate No. 5 of SSR indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil/rock, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earthing chamber, cast iron cover with lifting handle, funnel with GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe of 40 mm bore light grade 7.5 m long test point etc complete.

M & L in repair for fabrication of bus bar chamber suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system with MCCB 100A 16 KA 4 pole, outdoor type, double door, with pedestal mounted, weather and vermin proof fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating & finally epoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade including 3 nos. phase indicating lamps, insertion of suitable cable glands for all incoming and out going cable including grouting of panel board 60 cm above & 30 cm below ground level duly supported on 50x50x6mm angle iron frame & welding 45 cm long angle iron legs of size 50x50x6mm on all the four corners embedded in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregate upto 30 cm depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Comprising of 4 nos. Aluminium bus bar 200 Amp for phases & 100 Amp for neutral mounted on DMC/ porcelain insulator support complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out cable loop after dismantling cable ends from panels, cutting/removing heated cable ends with burnt lugs and inserting new lugs after cutting opening of fresh cable end complete including earth work and relaying cable neatly around loop for cable size 70 to 185 Sqmm.

Expertise and labour only for load balancing of feeder complete after removing all service cables connected to all the three phases, checking these for ohmic value, leakage if any and connecting to all the three phases in such a sequence so that load is nearly balanced in all the three phase complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for clearing of LT line by triming, cutting, pruning of tree branches of any girth projected on overhead line and removal from site upto 50 mtr distance complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of stay assembly comprising of 7/8 SWG galvanised stay stranded wire of required length fixed on pole with and including flat iron stay clamp bolts nuts galvanised stay plate 230mmX6 mm thick 14 mm dia GI stay bow GI stay rod 16 mm dia 180 cm long threaded end with loop insulator complete all as specified including the following, shown in electrical plate no. 1 & directed by Engr in charge. Note : Loop insulator & stay wire shall be measured & paid separately.
