Demolition for Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry/ pcc block walling built in Cement Mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling (Except stone) of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete Block Masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete work all as specified and directed .

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

S&F MS angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5 to 10mm diameter of neck mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with hexagonal or square washers and one nut length of bolt exc 10cm and n. exc. 15 cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 10mm dia & over mild steel round/TMT bar conforming to Fe-410 or Fe-310-0 as in tie bars for chain link fencing including necessary fabrication, cutting to length bending to shape as required, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply for Chain link MS galvanisd fencing any size or type including line wire straining boldts etc rails & binding wire complete.

M & L for 150mm bore dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars including demolition and breaking up of drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar any dia over Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 300mm bore dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars including demolition and breaking up of drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar any dia over Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers consisting of first layer 10 mm in CM 1:6 and top layer 05 mm thick in CM (1:4) plastering on stone masonry surface INCLUDING FILLING ALL THE GAPS BETWWEN THE STONES and rendering is to be finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of exterior weather proof acrylic emulsion paint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new surface of kerb stones and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint 1st quality with one coat of putty complete all as specified and directed.
