Charges for repairing of leakage in UPVC / HDPE pipe line with PVC coupler & solvent cement etc. including necessary earth excavation, backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipeline, in layers not exceeding 200 mm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Washing & removal of deposited iron sludge & any other foreign materials etc. from inside the existing water distribution pipeline foreign materials from inside the excavation trenches up to required width & depth cutting of PVC pipeline at a length of every 55.00 mtr. Interval jointing of pipe with PVC coupler and solvent cement in/c satisfactory testing of joints refilling trenches with available excavated earth etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge [Rate in/c the cost of cement solvent PVC pipe for making PVC couplers, will be issued by the Department at free of cost]

Washing & removal of deposited iron sludge & any other foreign materials etc. from inside the existing water distribution pipeline (CI/DI) using UPVC pipe washing road fitted with Iron Brush in/c excavation trenches up to required width & depth cutting of CI/DI pipeline at a length of every 55.00 mtr. Interval or part there of & jointing of pipe & specials as required refilling trenches with available excavated earth etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. [The cost of CI specials lead joint rubber gasket joint will paid separately]

Charges for washing, cleaning & servicing of ferrule and connection pipe of street hydrant domestic water supply connection upto property line ( for side connection) in/c cost of earth excavation and dismantling the service line in/c ferrule and GI fitting etc. and reconnection the same after necessary washing, cleaning the same as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (GI fitting such as GI bend, GI union, GI socket & connection pipe in/c ferrule if required to be paid separately)

Charges for washing, cleaning & servicing of ferrule and connection pipe of street hydrant domestic water supply connection upto property line ( for road crossing connection) in/c cost of earth excavation and dismantling the service line in/c ferrule and GI fitting etc. and reconnection the same after necessary washing, cleaning the same as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (GI fitting such as GI bend, GI union, GI socket & connection pipe in/c ferrule if required to be paid separately)

Providing & fitting, fixing two part GI/MS tyton joint collar with rubber gasket & MS flange fitted with MS flats & square bar at both end in/c nuts & bolts, rubber washer & painting with anticorrosive black bitumastic paint etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. i)150 mm dia.

Providing and laying D.I. specials of class K - 12 suitable for push - on jointing as per IS : 9523 as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.
