Phase - I: Schedule "A" Part - I [Special repairs/ replacement of BER Lift ]:

Notes For item No 1, 2 & 3 above: The lift shall be provided with and including the following and quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive for the same. No extra claim whatsoever will be entertained on this account:- [a] Silver finish stainless steel on both sides. The wall inside the car should be sapphire silver finish stainless steel, the front wall of the car should be silver finish stainless steel, the floor of the car should be jet black granite, the COP in side the car should be full height silver finish stainless steel face plate with round flush mounted, wall buttons, car indicator should be colour LCD display, flush mounted and akining to interior finish silver finish of 16 gauge with infrared sensors all along the height for car door with automatic rescue/leveling device (ARD) (with + 5 mm) with suitable batteries, floor position digital indicators in car and all landing with call indicating light etc including necessary joist and beams for mounting machine in the machine room. [b] Fireman Switch with stainless steel cover [c] Auto Rescue Device [ARD] during power failure including manual operation provision with suitable capacity of battery designed for running the lift with full load and ARD anouncement systems inside the car cabin during power failures. [d] Battery operated emergency light [LED Ceiling Fitting], alarm [speaker for emergency alarm system to be fixed] and stop button in car with rechargeable arrangement for battery. [e] Designer sleek circular LED light fitting 5 Watts x 8 Nos in false ceiling with AC louvers [f] Provision of two cross flow fan suitable for recessed mounting in false ceiling. [g] Provision of premium quality Jet black Granite stone slab of 18-20 mm thick as in flooring for lift car (Not more than three parts) over 3 mm thick aluminium chequered sheet. [h] Nonstop button and independent operations. [j] Over load warning indicator with both audio and visual type with overload protection / tripping system having relays, etc.

[k] Provision of elevetor voice (floor) announcement system. [l] S & F CCTV inside the car cabin with SD card memory of minimum 256 GB capacity with suitable acrylic antitheft cage. [m] Front landing door with full vision glass panel with stainless steel silver finish frame operations with a minimum time of 10 sec and up to a maximum time of 30 seconds Programmable. [n] Stainless steel sliding doors with front opening for all Landings made of 16 gauge stainless steel sheet with silver finish with vision panel of size 800X200mm for item No 3 and silver finish with full length vision panel of size 1800x300mm for item Nos. 1 & 2 covered with 8mm thick toughened plain glass. [o] All the dimensions of the lift and connected items shall be designed in conformity with IS 14665 standards and the contractor shall submit the design drawing to Accepting Officer for approval before commencementof work. The body shall be stainless steel of 16 gauge with silver finish with 38mm dia stainless steel hand rail with hairline finish. [p] Set of three in number limit switches at the bottom and top most position of lift hoist ways as specified in IS. [q] Specification plate with complete details [r] Full length display indicator panel.

[s] Provision of suitable phase reversal relays to the controller to protect lift / equipment against phase reversal, phase failure and low voltage. [t] Provision of Intercom. [u] Continuous earthing for machine and equipment [v] Steel Wire rope of adequate size as per relevant IS and as per manufacturers specifications. [w] Other standard fixtures and fittings like guide rails, sheaves, counter weights with guards, buffers, gear unit brakes, control panel, car operational panel, governor, locks, power control and trailing cables complete all as per latest IS specifications. [x] Main drives and controls shall be high efficient and low power consumption. [y] Lift design, specifications, drawings, manufacturers instructions shall be got approved from Accepting Officer before placing order for procurement. [z] The contractor shall carry third party load testing for each lift installed once in every year or once in every six months with validity of six months during defect liability period and comprehensive maintenance period and shall submit satisfactory test results and the rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for this provision. [aa] The Contractor shall shift the old dismantled lift to MES Storeyard as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge and the rate quoted shall be deemed to included transportation charges. (ab) The minimum dimensions of the LOP is to be 350mm x 100mm. (ac) All lifts shall be equipped with floor annouoncement system.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning electrically operated 10 (680Kgs) Passenger lift at B.Putra building inside Nausena Baugh in the existing lift well, Speed 1.5m/s, lift with single speed motor 415 V, 3 Phase, AC 50 Hz supply confirming to IS 14665, suitable to serve G+14 upper floors i.e with 15 stops and 15 landings with or without attendant with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infrared sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (03 Nos, one each in car, machine room & near ground floor landing door) including additions / alterations to existing lift well if any, all necessary civil works required in connection with erection of lift complete all as specified including dismantling of existing Lift complete alongwith its accessories of any description and transporting and depositing in MES store yard and provision of temporary wooden door shutter at landing door opening for safety of the users till installation of new lift complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead made of GI Strip of size 32 X 6mm, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation including drawing through GI Pipe for earthing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3.5 Core, 50 Sqmm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches/duct/fixed to poles/drawn through pipes/sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. including taking down of existing cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Phase - II: [Comprehensive Maintenance after Defect liability Period]:

All as per description of item No. 9.10 but for second year after expiry of defects liability period.

Notes for Serial Item No. 9.10 to 9.30 above: [a] MANPOWER FOR MAINTENANCE OF 04 LIFTS: The contractor shall be required to employ Minimum 01 No. of lift Mechanic with sound knowledge and adequate experience Round the Clock. All the manpower employed shall report to Office of AGE [E/M]/ Complaint Cell for day to day maintenance and efficient operation of Lifts. [b] The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of supply and fixing of all Major and Minor Spares viz. Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / LED Lights etc. as and when required for trouble free, smooth and efficient functioning of lifts including overhauling as and when required to all mechanical parts of lifts, Rewinding of Electric Motors, repair/maintenance of Gear Unit, repair / maintenance of Door Drive, Controllers, Pulleys, Limit Switches, Relays etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. [c] All the safety measures including ARDs shall be ensured for serviceable condition round the clock and nothing extra shall be paid on these accounts. [d] The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of testing of each lift by Licensed Lift Inspector of Government of Andhra Pradesh once in every year or once in six months with validity of six months for worthiness of the Lift in respect of safety. Certificate issued by the Licensed Lift Inspector shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge and a copy of Certificate shall be displayed in all Lift Cabins as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [e] Emergency Light and necessary tools shall be available in a tool box in the shift for smooth functioning of lifts. [f] Conveyance and communication system like mobile phone etc. shall be provided by the contractor to all Lift Mechanics and Helpers. [g] The contractor shall abide by the latest Labour Rules and Minimum Wages Act. [h] Wages paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by State / Central Government from time to time whichever is higher.

Note For Serial Item No. 1 to 3.4: The pre-dispatch factory inspection of the complete material shall be carried out at the manufacturer’s premises by a representative nominated by the Accepting Officer . A report shall be prepared duly signed by the representative of the manufacturer, contractor, and the representative of the Accepting Officer, and shall be approved by the Accepting Officer before dispatching the material from the manufacturer’s factory. The contractor, in liaison with the manufacturer, shall make all necessary arrangements for the inspection and intimate the department at least 15 days prior to the date of inspection.
