The Consultancy Firm / Company should have been involved in the similar Consultancy Works for PPP model DBFOT works for last 5 years as a prime consultant. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the Executive Engineer.

Executed and completed successfully preparation of Detailed Feasibility Report for the Service as prime consultant for similar type of skywalks In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the Executive Engineer. RFP documents submitted without the requisite Certificate issued by the competent authority will be summarily rejected.

a. Specific Experience of the Consultant related to the Assignment Of Similar Nature in last 5 years is15 points.(b)Site Appreciation is 05 points.(c) Equipment and Software proposed to be used is 05 points.(d) Qualification and Relevant Experience of the Key Professional Staff for the Assignment 50 points.(e) Task Assignment, Manning Schedule, Work Plan 20 points. (f) Setting up of Local Office in Bengaluru (05 points).Total 100points

In Last 5 Financial years achieved at least in any two Financial Years a minimum annual Financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering Consultation Works only) of Rs. 100 lakh.
