Providing arrangements for conducting all festivals in Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple at Vijayawada in NTR District for the year 2026-27

Supply of the following labour as and when required by the dept., as directed during execution.

Hire charges for supply, erection and removal of digital design flex boards with frame work made with of 25mm x 25mm MS square pipe (light weight)with required back support to erect boards at specified places as directed by the department. The cost inclusive of materials, labour for printing, erection and removal square pipe (light weight) after completion of the function.

Hire charges for supply of Tractor, fuel charges and crew charges etc., as directed during execution of the work.

Supply of purified drinking water packets containing 200ml water during the fairs and festivals as and when required

Hire charges for erection and removal of flat/sloped roof M.S pipes pendals using 40mm MS pipes for verticals . horizontals and roof supports etc., fixing with, special type gripper MS clamps ( Nandu clamps) , extra horizontal bracings should be provided from at 2.40 m to roof level and jointing with special type gripper MS clamps ( Nandu clamps)for horizontal bracings and column roofing including earth work excavation in all soils (Except rock requiring blasting) to a depth of 0.40m to 0.60m. The vertical posts are to be fixed strongly with out any shaking. The roof shall be covered with G.I sheet/Aluminium sheet/Galvalume sheet and firmly fixed to the purlins etc., complete as directed during execution .The rate including conveyance and hire charges of all materials such as MS pips, Clamps, G.I sheet/Aluminium sheet/Galvalume sheet etc. and labour charges for fixing and removal etc., complete . Hire charges for erection and removal of MS pipes Pendals with MS pipes 40 mm dia for veridical, horizontals bracings and roofing. The pendals are firmly fixed with bracings and with necessary frame work/rope etc., and the roof covered with thick white ceiling cloth along with all round frills (jallars) including anchoring to the ropes to the ground with suitable anchoring and necessary watch and ward against theft and fire accidents and incidental charges etc. complete as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials (Transportation charges) and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . The rate is for below mentioned calendar days.(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area). Note:- If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, suitable penalty shall be imposed by the Engineer-in-Charge. * The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Hire charges for erection and removal of temporary Dias at a height of 60 cms to 120 cms (2' 0" to 4' 0") from the floor/Ground level using MS pipe vertical supports with adjustable jockey and four sides supporting MS pipe bracing and top covering 19mm ply wood laid on M.S pipes frame work and should be made with out undulation. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . Hire charges for providing White ceiling cloth for decorating the pendals and Mandapam with necessary frame work with decorative frills (jallars) around and border and decorative frills (jallars) at the centre with red or green colour or any other attractive colour wherever necessary etc., complete as directed during execution. The ceiling cloth should be pure white in colour and with out any patches and preferably new or neatly washed and should be in good condition through out the Festival or Ustvam period and should be removed after the same is over and should be repaired or replaced as and when tornout by any means including due to rain with out any extra cost .The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . The rate quoted is including all taxes except Service tax). The rate is for One (1) day . Hire charges of colour carpets including cost of charges for spreading and folding after completion of the Festival/ Function etc., and the colour carpets should be cleaned every day and to keep neat appearance as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials. for Two (2) days

Hire charges for erection and removal of side curtains with white / colour design cloth and required frame work including using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., complete. The rate is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing and removal etc., complete .The Side curtains should be neat and with good appearance in all days , if spoiled in any manner and the same should be replaced immediately. The rate is for One(1) day .The rate is for below mentioned calendar days. The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Hire charges for providing Plastic / Aluminium / Stainless steel water drums of storing capacity not less than 200 Ltrs including loading and unloading.

Painting to old walls two coats with Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint - (external) of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Painting with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades - Grade -II approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Two coats for Old Iroon Work.

Two coats for Old plastered surface

Polishing the Old wood work with best French Spirit polish of two or more coats of approved quality and make including brushes to have an even shade and including linseed oil, boiled, stopping cloth, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution etc., complete.

Writing the sign boards, Direction boards and painting Rangolies over M.S sheet / C.C road etc., with two coats of back ground one coat primary & one coat synthetic enamel paint over the sign boards with printing two coats with synthetic enamel paint over the back ground. The rate includes cost of paint, labour charges, scaffolding etc., required for the work. The paint should be done with first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make as directed during execution.

Artist painting to like God/ Animal/Birds pictu res/Sceneries over Walls and MS sheet with lhree coats back ground (one coat primary & two coat synthetic enamel paint) the rate including cost of labour charges / Artist remuneration / materials cost like (Painting / brushes / scaffolding elc) complete as directed during execution.

Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with M.S. frames made with MS hallow square tubes. The barrication provided such that it shall be 1.20m height above the ground level and fixed to the ground (Earth/CC road/B.T road )with base anchors made with MS angle/channels true to alignment. The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading, unloading ,erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site both ways)and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., complete as directed during the execution .

Hire charges for erection & removal of side wall up to required height with frill type cloth of approved make and colour with back supporting cloth fixed to frame as directed during execution for the function, the Side curtains should be neat and with good appearance in all days, if spoiled in any manner and the same should be replaced immediately. The rate quoted is including all incidental charges & other taxes as applicable etc.. complete. The rate is for below mentioned calendar days. Hire charges for providing of stainless steel hand wash trough with minimum four taps with necessary waste pipe and fittings for draining waste water including loading and unloading, erection etc. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Transportation etc., complete

1.Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias.

2.Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain.

3.Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water.

4.The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc.,

5.The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost.

6.Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc.,

7.All the sharp projections shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries.

8.The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.
