Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc. 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters.exc. 2 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in path, finish even and rough to receive floor finsihes etc. all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

Supply and fixing for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with mixture of grey and white cement in equal proportions over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6).

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm stone aggregate as in floors, finish even and rough to receive floor finsihes etc. all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

Supply and fixing for vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors, dark shade/double charged/ ultracharged etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4).

Supply and fixing for , Non skid ceramic tiles coloured 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floor, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4).

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 450 X 300 X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match over 15mm thick rendering CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for PVC wall Lining consisting of 4 to 5mm thick hollow type, single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet fix to wall with screws incl matching PVC beading all as per specified and directed by Engr -in -Charge.

Supply and fixing for suspended false ceiling includes GI angle of size 0.5mm thick having two equal flanges of 25mm along perimeter of ceiling, screws fixed to brick wall with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm centre to centre. Suspended H.D tube section of size 18 mm X 40 mm X 0.8 mm thick with the help of level adjuster made of zinc alloy 50 mm X 25 mm from soffit at 1220mm centre to centre with MS flat 25 mm X 3 mm thick fixed to soffit with GI cleat and metal expansion fastner. Taking down aluminium door shutters of size exc. 1.00 Sqm but n.exc. 2.00 Sqm, dismantling the door and replacing the MS anchor rods 10mm dia, both sides screwed and tightening inside frame, both side bottled & reassembled the door, fittings all items glass beading, hinges replacing rubber/aluminium beading where defective and fitted in position complete all as specified.

M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC C channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail, on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail.Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick,burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level,connected to galvanized iron wire of 4 mm dia earth lead by means of bolts,nuts ,washer and check nut of galvanized steel, earth wire protected by and including GI pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch / MCB DBs box point as directed and including cement concret pit with CI cover 10 mm thick hinged to CI frame all as shown under electrical plate No 3 SSR Pt - I 2009 including painting the external surface of chamber & cover with enamel paint in diffrent colour as directed and writing earth results & date of test carried out with white paint on black painted background, wiremesh funnel, 20mm bore GI Pipe (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternative layers of 15cm thick all arround the electrode, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown in electrical plate of SSR part -I and testing on completion all as directed.
