Repairs to 250 HP ATS starter of lift irrigation scheme Nadhial old by way of Isolating and disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing leads from auto transformer starter. Draining out transformer oil from the oil tank and collecting in a suitable container taking out damaged auto transformer coil assembly from oil tank and shifted it to workshop for repair. Providing and fitting of new auto transformer coil fabricated out of copper wire of standard size and quality (03 legs @ 9 kg/leg approx.= 27 kg). Providing, fitting of insulation material such as cardboard, latheride paper, cotton tape, PVC paper, varnishing, nuts and bolts etc. Replacement of damaged brass bolts with nuts as per sample of incoming and outgoing connections. Reassembling of auto coil at workshop by way of fitment of coils, core piece and after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts, bolts, soldering of connections and testing it at workshop. Then shifting it to site and tested on full load. The job also includes the charge of load carrier, skilled labous and other tools & tackles for the completion of work. Deducting cost of scrap @ 80% of the total value o. (i.e. 21.6 kg as per actual). The job also includes the charge for filling of fresh T-oil 15 litre for topping.

Repairs to 150HP Starter unit no.01 at L.I.S Uranbow by way of: Disconnecting of fully automatic Autotransformer Starter from the main circuit, then dismantling of damaged parts from the starter which comprises of following job. a) Providing, fitting & setting of electro pneumatic timing relay with timing range upto 60s coil voltage 415V. (2NO 2NC double b) Providing/fitting & Testing of Single Phase preventer with Phase unbalance, phase failure Phase Reversal protection relay voltage range 415V Ac 50Hz. (01 no) c) Providing and fitting of new Voltmeter & Ampere meter (0-500) of reputed make (01 no. each.). d) Providing and fitting of new fuse set of reputed make as per sample. e) Replacement of damaged copper control wiring of ATS including cable ties, connections, tapping and insulation as per requirement. old scrap parts amount already deducted. After completion of work the starter should be tested on full load. The job also includes the charge for p/f of fresh T-oil for topping for two starters (20 Ltr.)

Providing of 11KV pin insulator complete set with large steel head G.I pin , nuts, washers etc.
