Material and labour for attending day to day complaints pertains to various capacity of cooling appliances as and when required by Refrigerator Mechanic and helper with necessary tools and plants for checking the equipment at existing location, find out the faults to the equipments, complete and rectification of minor problems (compressor control panel resetting with electrical components like replacement of lugs/pin, MCB resetting, electrical wiring connections gas top up to make the AC functional in all respect complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In Charge. Notes:- “The contractor shall provide minimum 02 teams of skilled AC mechanics with helper on daily basis `and the number of teams to be increased as per requirement and No of complaints. The team will be responsible for regular maint, testing, inspections and troubleshooting of the cooling appliances. The contractors should ensure that the appliances are maintained in optimal conditions, potentially reducing down time and extending their life span. The contractor should adhere the guidelines below :- Nature of complaint Timeline to Types of complaint Penalty will be leveid due to complete the non rectification of defects/ work complaints registered (a) Minor complaint's 0- 24 Hours Complaints like capacitor changes, servicing, Rs 500/- electrical faults, water leakage, gas per day charging, air fillters etc (b) Moderate complaint's 24- 48 Hours Complaints like leak arrest, change of PCBs, Rs 1000/- motors, thermostat etc per day (c) Major complaint's Within 7 days Includes replacement of compressor, Rs1500/- condensers etc per day (i) The nature of complaints will be decided as per the directions of Engr-in-Charge/GE (ii) The technicians detailed for this work cannot be clubbed with another CA”.. (iv) The Item shall be measured and paid only when no replacement of spares included in the repair work.
