3. Tender Terms and Conditions

3.1 The agency must not be blacklisted by any government authority. A certificate

to this effect must be submitted on the company’s letterhead.

3.2 The company must have at least 2 years of experience in providing uniform

material services.

3.3 The firm must be registered office of located within the Ahmedabad–

Gandhinagar region.

3.4 The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), refundable (without interest), of total

amount Rs. 11,385/- should be in the shape of Demand Draft / FDR/ Bank

Guarantee drawn in favor of the Gujarat State Aviation Infrastructure Company

Limited, Ahmedabad as per GR No. FD/MSM/e-file/4/2024/2859/D.M.O. dated

01st May,2025 and it should accompany the Technical Bid failing which the

tender application shall be rejected summarily.

3.5 Copies of PAN Card and GST Registration must be submitted.

3.6 Copies of the financial statements for the Financial Years 2023-24, 2024-25,

and 2025-26, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant (CA), shall be

submitted. All CA-certified documents, including the Turnover Certificate,

must clearly mention the (UDIN).

3.7 The tender includes the procurement of 2 uniforms with Office Logo, 1 Pair

shoes, 1 belt, 1 Raincoat for Driver and Peon personnel. Bidders are required to

submit physical samples along with the technical bid before the last date of the

tender. Uniforms Fabric in Sample Size 2" × 2" (5 × 5 cm) or 3" × 3" (7.5 ×

cm) To be Submitted in Physical Technical Bid. Only those bidders whose

samples are found suitable by the management will be qualified.

4. General Conditions

4.1 The work must be completed within 30 days from the date of issue of the work

4.2 The Service Provider must have a minimum turnover of Rs. 7.59 Lakh and more

per annum as per the audited statement of accounts for the last three

consecutive years. The bidder organization should be a profit making one in the

preceding two financial years.

4.3 If the work is not completed within the stipulated time, a penalty of 2% of the

total contract value per month will be imposed.

4.4 The final authority regarding the tender shall rest with the Chief Executive

Officer, GUJSAIL, and no bidder shall raise any objection in this matter.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment will be made only after completion of the supply and stitching of

uniform shirts and pants, formal shoes, belts, Raincoat.

No advance payment shall be made under any circumstances.
