SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF HP AIR COMPRESSOR OF CAPACITY 450 BAR FOR THE PROJECT ADMINISTRATIVE AND LOGISTIC INFRASTRUCTURE INCLUDING SCHOOLS, HOSPITALS, AUDITORIUM AND SPORTS FACILITIES AT AOB(RAMBILLI)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HP Air Compressor system as indicated in Part –II of CA consists of the following:-

HP air Compressor

AC Motor with motor control unit

PLC based control panel & instrumentation

Bottle bank (8 air bottles x 200 ltr)

HP Air Dryer

03 reducing stations of 250, 100 and 45 bar respectively

SS316 Piping (approx 250m) with associated valves

Acoustic canopy

All other items associated with main equipment which are mentioned in Part –II of RFP.

Civil Work (Refers to Para 6 of Part II of RFP)

Standard Accessories (Refers to Para 14 of Part II of RFP)

Technical Literature / Certificates / Documentation (Refers to Para 16 of Part II of RFP)

Installation, Acceptance, Tests, Trails and Commissioning charges (Refers to Para 17 of Part II of RFP)

Training (Refers to Para 20 of Part II of RFP)

Any other item such as transportation, insurance, freight, packing etc.,

Notes: 1. Cost of item listed at Sl 1.01 to 1.09 and 6 (if applicable) are to be quoted in the respective rows of the price bid sheet. 2. Bidder NOT PERMITTED to include cost of items listed at Sl 2 to 7 with Sl 1.01 to 1.09 as lumpsum amount. 3. Bidder required to mandatorily quote for Sl 1.01 to 1.09 and 6 failing which bid shall be treated as non bonafied and liable for rejection. 4.
