REPAIR MAINT OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK MANHOLE SOAK WELL ETC AT AF STN MISSAMARI

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing debries of the permises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preperation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforded) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level). removing debries of the the site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including preperation of surfaces and applying a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of any type or size as ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed

M&L TMT bar 8-10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending as in straining of fencing and binding or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT reinforcement 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape including cranking, banding spirally for hooping columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.90 mm dia (annealed) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new Drains Pipe 150mm bore, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming Branch Channel (½ Round or ¾ Section) in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate),Smooth finished and Reforming Benching as required,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cleaning GULLY TRAP (Manhole type), depth exc. 0.50 METRE and not exc. 1.00 METRE by opening Cover and taking out accumulated Garbage, Brick Bats, Silts or any other Items, re-fixing the Cover after cleaning of Gully Trap, removing and carrying Brick Bats, Garbage, Silts, etc. to a distance exc 50 Metre but not exc 100 Metre and burried (minimum 50 Cm below Normal Ground Level) by Excavating of Earth Pits and returning, filling in, dressing of surplus soils and providing ground to Slope as required/ordered, complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Srl Item No 70, 71, 72 & 73:- (i) The quoted rate of contractor shall comprise the following:- (ii) The contractor/his representative must collect the complaint slip from complaint cell (MES) at AF Station Missamari within a time period of 9.00AM to 11.00 AM on all working days of MES. These complaints must be attained and completed satisfactorily within 48 hrs of its receiving all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) After rectification/completion of complaints, complaint slip duly signed by user shall be submitted to Engg-in-charge and shall be must be submitted alongwith the RAR/Final Bill for payment. (iii) If the contractor fails to complete the complaints within the stipulated time, he will be penalised at a rate of Rs. 250 per 12 hrs and decission of GE shall be full and final and no representation shall be entertained at later stage.

M&L Cleaning MANHOLE, depth not exc. 0.50 METRE, by opening Cover and taking out accumulated Brick Bats, Garbage, Silts or any other Items, re-fixing the Cover after cleaning of Manhole, removing and carrying Brick Bats Garbage, Silts, etc. to a distance exc. 50 Metre but not exc. 100 Metre and burried (minimum 50 Cm below Normal Ground Level) by Excavating of Earth Pits and Returning, Filling in, Dressing of surplus Soils and providing ground to Slope, etc., (as required /ordered at Site), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cleaning MANHOLE, depth exc. 0.50 METRE and not exc. 1.00 METRE, by opening Cover and taking out accumulated Brick Bats, Garbage, Silts or any other Items, re-fixing the Cover after cleaning of Manhole, removing and carrying Brick Bats Garbage, Silts, etc. to a distance exc 50 Metre but not exc. 100 Metre and burried (minimum 50 Cm below Normal Ground Level) by Excavating of Earth Pits and Returning, Filling in, Dressing of surplus Soils and providing ground to Slope, etc., (as required /ordered at Site), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cleaning SEPTIC TANK 50 USERS by opening Cover, Pumping out Sewage Water and taking out accumulated Night Soils, Sludges, Brick Bats or any other Items, re-fixing the Cover after cleaning of Septic Tank, removing and carrying Night Soils, Sludges, Brick Bats, etc. to a distance exc. 50 Metre but not exc. 100 Metre and burried (minimum 50 Cm below Normal Ground Level), Sprinkling Bleaching Powder on deposited Sludges at Earth Pit including Excavating of Earth Pits and Returning, Filling in, Dressing of surplus Soils and providing ground to Slope, etc., (as required /ordered at Site), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cleaning SEPTIC TANK 100 USERS by opening Cover, Pumping out Sewage Water and taking out accumulated Night Soils, Sludges, Brick Bats or any other Items, re-fixing the Cover after cleaning of Septic Tank, removing and carrying Night Soils, Sludges, Brick Bats, etc. to a distance exc. 50 Metre but not exc. 100 Metre and burried (minimum 50 Cm below Normal Ground Level), Sprinkling Bleaching Powder on deposited Sludges at Earth Pit including Excavating of Earth Pits and Returning, Filling in, Dressing of surplus Soils and providing ground to Slope, etc., (as required /ordered at Site), complete all as specified and as directed.
