Conducting detailed design and engineering for all civil, PH, Electrical, Mechanical and instrumentation work for installation of automated water sprinkling system
a) Detail engineering of Civil and PH works, (Pump, Pipe Line, Sprinkler house)
b) Detail engineering for Mechanical and Electrical works, (Pump & Control Panel)
c) Detail engineering of instrumentation and control system. (PLC System)
Supply of materials, equipments and accessories as per detailed design and specification. The material should be stacked at appropriate safe place for inspection.
a) Supply of HDPE pipes,stainless steel sprinklers and accessories as per design requirement.
b) Supply of Gate valves, NR valves, solonoid valves and accessories as per design requirement.
c) Supply of Monoblock pump / Submersible Pumps and accessories as per design requirement.
d) Supply of control panel, PLC system and accessories as per design requirement.
Civil works
a) Equipment foundation for all equipments as per the design requirement (Plan and design to be approved by EIC)
b) Construction of pump house cum control panel room etc. as per design requirement including electrification. (Plan and design to be approved by EIC)
c) Construction of water reservoir 70000 ltr capacity water reservoir as per design requirements (Plan and design to be approved by EIC)
d) Structural supports, Valve chamber, Road crossing, Protecting structures ect as per design requirement.
e) Laying of HDPE pipe line in underground with back filling and installation of demarcation flag etc. as per design requirments.
Installation work
Installation of Pumps, Control pannel and PLC system etc.
Installation of sprinkler, Valves and other accessories
Trial run and commissioning of automated water sprinkling system
Trial run and commissioning of automated water sprinkling system & DG along with modification, rectification if any required complete in all respect
Operation and maintenance of water sprinkling system with DG Power installed and commissioned
1st year Operation and maintenance of this system as per scope of work.
2nd year Operation and maintenance of this system as per scope of work.
3rd year Operation and maintenance of this system as per scope of work.
4th year Operation and maintenance of this system as per scope of work.
5th year Operation and maintenance of this system as per scope of work.
