Oxygen Analyzer for Flue Gas Monitoring: (INSITU ZIRCONIA PROBE TYPE)
The Oxygen Analyzer system should be able to measure the net concentration of Oxygen in flue gas measurement in pulverized coal fired steam boiler,
The system should be in situ non sampling type analyzer with on line measurement and display, Measurement range: 0-25% linear,
Accuracy: ±1.00% of Reading.
The system should comprise of the following parts:
a. Probe
b. Matching Electronics (Converter Unit)
c. Accessories for providing reference air & calibration gas
d. Auto/Manual Calibration unit with Calibration Gas: Zero Gas (0.4% O2, balance N2) and Span Gas (8.0% O2, balance N2) in 10 liters cylinders, CS with regulator.
e. Special Signal cable between probe and converter:
