REPAIR TO MANHOLES SEWAGE LINE COVER SLAB ETC IN CERTAIN OTM ACCN AT SOUTH OF RLY LINE UNDER GE MISSAMARII

Cleaning of blocked water closet (of any type/pattern) including cleaning and taking out accumulate Sludge/garbage etc and connected pipe line (of any bore) upto 1st manhole till and flushing with water complete all as directed

Cleaning of blocked nahni/floor trap (of any size /type) including connected pipe line (of any bore) upto gully trap/1st manhole including cleaning and taking out accumulate garbage etc and flushing with water, removing the garbage to a distance n.exc 200mtr all as directed Note for Srl Item No 1 & 2 :- (i) The quoted rate of contractor shall comprise the following:- (ii) The contractor/his representative must collect the complaint slip from complaint cell (MES) Missamari within a time period of 9.00AM to 11.00 AM on all working days of MES. These complaints must be attained and completed satisfactorily within 48 hrs of its receiving all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) After rectification/completion of complaints, complaint slip duly signed by user shall be submitted to Engg-in-charge and shall be must be submitted alongwith the RAR/Final Bill for payment. (iii) Necessary T&P, ladders, bamboos etc as required is demmed to be inclusive of the Unit rate quoted (iv) If the contractor fails to complete the complaints within the stipulated time, he will be penalised at a rate of Rs. 250 per 12 hrs and decission of GE shall be full and final and no representation shall be entertained at later stage.

Cleaning of under ground sewage line SGSW/RCC/HDPE pipe line, depth upto 1.5mtr depth of any size/bore either manually (by pushing a piece of bamboo split, tied with gunny bags at one end from one manhole to another manhole) or by mechanically operated pump including dewatering, desilting and well flushing the line with water and testing on completion complete as directed. Note:- All sludge/debries shall be removed and deposit in excavated earth, Sprinkling Bleaching Powder on deposited Sludges at Earth Pit including Returning, Filling in, Dressing of surplus Soils and providing ground to Slope, etc., (as required /ordered at Site)

M&L Cleaning MANHOLE, depth upto 1.50 METRE, by opening Cover and taking out accumulated Brick Bats, Garbage, Silts or any other Items, re-fixing the Cover after cleaning of Manhole, removing and carrying Brick Bats Garbage, Silts, etc. to a distance exc 50 Metre but not exc. 100 Metre and burried (minimum 50 Cm below Normal Ground Level) by Excavating of Earth Pits and Returning, Filling in, Dressing of surplus Soils and providing ground to Slope, etc., (as required /ordered at Site), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair, 75mm dia of outlet, PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in Trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre Wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in Depth for Foundation etc. or for Shafts, Wells, Cess Pits, Manholes, Pier Holes, Sewage/pipe line. etc. and getting out as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in Trenches exc. 1.50 Metre Wide and not exc. 3.00 Metre in Depth for Foundation etc. or for Shafts, Wells, Cess Pits, Manholes, Pier Holes, Sewage/pipe line. etc. and getting out as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm in Soft/Loose Soil and providing heaps along the Sewage Lines, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material and depositing upto a total distance of 50m where directed at a alevel not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 100mm bore (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including demoliation of PCC packing under, and haunching to Sides of the Pipes (except Bed), complete all as directed .

M&L mild steel rungs as in steps of manhole confirming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, including necessary prepration of surface and applying a two coats of black bituminious paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with necessary fittings as required with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/Ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.
