Hire and labour charges for providing temporary built up Pandal for 10 days having 6 to 16 m clear span, with 6.60 m clear height at sides with minimum slope of 1 in 5, using with prefabricated roof truss made up of 50 mm dia or nearest MS tubes outer frame and intermediate members vertical and diagonal members using with 40 mm dia or nearest MS tubes 1m center to centre supported on 150 mm dia MS pipe pillars placed 4.5 m c/c, and jointed together using suitable nuts and bolts, and roofing with 0.3 mm GI corrugated sheet or similar, laid over 40 mm dia or nearest MS tube purlins placed at 1 m to 1.35m c/c, and the vertical posts and trusses connected with prefabricated tie beam having 40 cm or nearest depth made with 40 mm or nearest dia MS tube top and bottom connected each other by 32 mm or nearest size MS tube and diagonals, with suitable fixtures and proper brazings for stability, including dismantling and cleaning the premises after the period etc. complete.

Hire and labour charges for putting up lean to pandal for 10 days from an existing pandal/ structure having span upto 10 m and having minimum slope of 1 in 9, for a period of 10 days with 0.3 mm thick GI/MS sheet having a minimum clear height of 4.90 m in one side with supporting pillars spaced at 3.5 to 4.5 m c/c with 150 mm or nearest size GI/MS tube with square plates welded at the ends, and connected by truss having minimum depth of 300 mm made with 50 mm dia or nearest size MS/GI tubes with 40 mm or nearest size intermediate members, for stability. The 40 mm dia or nearest size purlines are placed at 1 to 1.35 m spacing over 50 mm or nearest size GI/MS tubes placed above the posts in the slopping direction as rafters. The entire structure should be stabilized by providing proper brazings as per necessity. The rate includes cost of transportation, erection, dismatling after festival, clearing the site etc complete

Steel barricade tied with metal wire to MS post 32mm dia 2.00m height placed into the pit already made including all charges for erection including all transportation charges, loading, unloading and dismantling after the function.

Hire and labour charges for providing art gallery for 10 days and dismantling after function of various type photos of Hinhu lords in 300 gsm 3 pan quality printing in flex at a height 6.00m from around level by fixing in aracanut post of height 9.00m fixed in two rows of mi nimum width 1.10m at an interval of 3.00m with0.90m below G.L nad balance height above GLto this vertical aracanut post tied at a height above 600m and 7.20m from GL to reach rows and and with cross ties in aracanut post to reach towards 1/3 split aracanut at 6 and0.2m level at an interval of 10cm for making a platform and making partition using this 1/3 split aracanut are spared as a distance of 10cm aracanut reapers are provided at each side of the end post at the entire width at an interval of 5cm fixed firmly to aracanut post up to height of 6m and also at front sides.The flex photos are of size 1.2 x1.2 m fixed at aracanut reepers on front side and diagonally 0.25m at corner.The flex is also provided at the front side offends photos through the entire height for a width of 3.00m.
