Supplying and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole, 9 meters long, type 410 SP-31, complete as per IS-2713 with MS iron base plate of 06mm with pole cap, finial taper plug , bolts, nuts, washers etc including necessary earth work and excavation, PCC in foundation 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregage) and PCC 1:3:6 type C2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, painting two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete and 05 Nos strips of 250mm height from coping comprising & black yellow paint in alternative layer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Required earth work, PCC foundation will be paid separetly under relevant items of Sch A.

Disconnecting and dismantling old U/S pole box and S&F Loop in and Loop out FRP rectangular SMC junction box (Pole Box) front openable hinged from side of size 240x130x110 mm suitable for outdoor installation weather proof having 4 pole cable connector (for cable in and out junction) fixed inside box with insulator support and 01 nos MCB SP 06 Amp fixed inside box complete for street light fitting with MS clamps 40x5 mm GI nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling and taking down the existing old unsv street/flood light fittings of any type and any capacity from steel tubular pole/wall, checking for servicieability and replacing the defective parts as LED driver, PCB etc and Refixing the same on existing pole/wall or other different location directed by EIC complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Defective parts of light fittings shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The T&P , vehicle and necessary ladders etc will be arranged by the contractor and the cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Unit rate shall also include replacement of U/S wiring from OH lines to ligtht fittins and minor spares also.

Supply only PCB 45 to 60 watt suitable for LED street light, flood light outdoor type (size of PCB should be as per sample given by EIC) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flexible 3 core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS-H cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade heavy duty multi stranded copper conductor drawn through in non metallic rigid PVC conduit for making electrical connection of street light with poles junction box, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- PVC conduit shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

S&F non metallic rigid PVC conduit of size 20mm dia, medium grade, inclusive tees/bends//elbows/ reducers/bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories fixed on poles from junction box to light fitting with fittings like mild steel clamps, nut & bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for poles,laying under ground electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables), stay and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all specified and directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus any type of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned (consolidated ) thicness of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for burnt bricks locally available laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete/foundation complete all as specified and directed.

( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing wire to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
