Annual Maintenance Part – I (a) Annual Maintenance of EPABX System (16 trunk line ports & 240 extensions) KAREL DS 200 with Expansion rack &it’s power supply, operator Consol, auto attendant. The work includes periodical maintenance and replacement of spare except cabling & telephone instruments installed in the office of MD, MPMKVVCL, Bhopal for the period of one year & if satisfactory service then extension one year. Part – II (b) Annual Maintenance of EPABX System Cabling & Telephone instruments installed in the premises of MD, MPMKVVCL, Bhopal, CE (BR) office, SE (O&M), New IT Section, Data Centre, Load Management, IT Cell of MD office, SCADA Call Centre at NishthaParisar, Bijlinagar, Bhopal as below:- (i) Approx. 240 nos. Telephone instruments of Beetel, Binatone, Panasonic make. (ii) 18 nos. DP Boxes. (iii) PVC cabling including casing capping, replacement of cable upto 5 metres & shifting of telephone instruments whenever required. (iv) Jelly filled from MD office to IT cell 125 metres MD office to SCADA 225 metres, MD office extension building (70x2)140 metres.
