The intending bidder / firm / company should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Improvements to Canal and Construction of CD work of value not less than Rs.194.00 Lakhs Note: Certificate in this regard from an officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the concerned Circle to be enclosed

The intending bidder/firm/company should have satisfactorily completed following quantity of work in any one of the years (for a continuous period of 12 months) in last five financial years 1) Earth Work Excavation/ Embankment-3529.00 Cum 2) In-situ Concrete-1996.00 Cum 3) Reinforcement Steel-86.00 tonne Note: Certificate in this regard from an officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the concerned Circle to be enclosed

The intending bidder/firm/company should furnish details of Availability by owning at least 50% of the required / specified key and critical equipment for this work (If the tenderer owning 100% of the required / specified key and critical equipment for this work will also be considered) and ownership/lease certificates of the following minimum requirement of machineries for The remaining 50% can be deployed on lease/ hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished 1) Excavator-2nos 2) Concrete Mixer-2nos 3) Tipper-2nos 4) Vibratory/ Compactor Roller-2nos 5) Tanker-2nos

Bid Capacity Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The intending bidder / firm / company should have achieved in at least two financial years in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.774.00 Lakhs NOTE: Turnover certificate duly audited by Chartered accountant should be Uploaded

The intending bidder/firm/company shall furnish details of liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less the amount Rs.116.00 Lakhs for meeting the required funds in the form of credit lines / line of credit / certificate from Nationalized / Scheduled Bank

The intending bidder should furnish the certificate of registration in KPWD/CPWD Class-II
