Percolation well:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning ( to be approved by the competent authority) and Construction of Percolation well with 6.00 mtr internal diameter and 12.00 mtr depth ,having RCC Circular structure, Roofing with RCC slab, Walk way/peasage CI Rungs inside the percolation from top to bottom and steel stair case from ground level to top of percolation well with connecting path having arrangement of chain pulley of suitable capacity for lowering the pumping machinary complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Designing and Construction ,testing and commissioning of waterTreatment plant 1.83MLD :- The scope of work includes the construction of 1.83 WTP capacity water treatment plant capable to treat the raw water of the quality specified in the basic design data to produce clear water as per the requirements of CPHEEO manual on water supply and treatment and as specified in basic design data. The water treatment plant shall include the construction of inlet chamber,raw water tank, presettling tank,V-/Notch,mixing channel, alum solution/mixingtanks and dosing arrangement,hydraulic flocculator, settling tanks, rapid sand filters complete with back wash arrangement,clear water tank, plant building(for housing chemical store cum dosing room, water testting laboratory cum attendentroom(toilet),supply of laboratory requirement,piping,valves mechanical/ electrical equipmentelectricwiring & panel boards,sanitation, interconnecting paths, site development upto a minimumof3mfrom edge of battery limit of plant, retaining and breast walls and fencing.Thefirm shallsubmitthe detailed hydraulic and structural design and drawings( 6copies)for each component oftreatmentplant which shall be approved by the department before the work is started.
The design/drawingsof the mechnical/ electrical equipment & wiring etc. along with manufacturersspecificattion/design also be submitted for approval by the department.Onthe completion of allcivil,mechnical and electrical works the contractor shall test run the plant for one week beforehanding over the same to the department at the cost of the contractor.However,electrical chareges shall be borne by the department. During this period the daily testing of raw water and treated water samples shall be done ( Complete record of the test results and the flow measurements shall be kept during this period.) If the performance of various units of thetreatment plant is as specified in CPHEEO manual, the plant shall be formally taken over by the department,otherwise the contractor shall make necessary change / repairs to improve theefficiency of the unit/plant.The contractor/ firm shall run and maintain the plant for three month afterhandingover the plant to the department. During this period the firm shall depute at leastt onetrainedperison to train the departmental persons in operating, maintaining the plant and regulartesting of the raw water and treated. Pump House:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) Construction of RCC framed pump house 5 mtrs height , including Gantry system of Pump Houses at following Locations including all allied Civil Works, internal & external Electrical work wiring, Sanitay work, excavation in foundation in all kinds of soils, c/o Toilets, c/o Septic Tanks of capacity for required users, including cost of site development required as per site condition,internal and, external landscaping, dewatering including P/F 5 Tonne chain pulley / Gantry alongwith MS rail along longitudinal wall of approved ISI make electrically operated alongwith all allied accessories and painting with asian apex ultima with priming coat and wall putty and fire fighting system complete as directed by engineer in charge. I pipe of following dia meters conforming to IS 1239 -2004 (Part-II), having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall also include welding of 5% flanged joints of 95% duly welded in three layers (one inner two outer) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees, making bevelled pipe ends suitable for butt welding , lowering & laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges i/c nut & bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) . The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T of ISI marked make. The damaged portion of the pipes ( If damaged during laying & jointing operation of pipe) and all other specials made from the parent tube shall be provided with anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. supply, installation , commissioning and testing of vaccum operated, pressure feed gaseous Chlorinator of Toschcon, Capital, PENWALT(USA)/ECOCHLOR(USA)/ENCHLOr(USA)/ Jasco (USA) make for chlorination of water at MBR consisting of the following components in all leads and lifts as specified below(Refer data sheet No.10)
Providing installation & commissioning of gaseious type fully vaccum chlorination system having 0- 1.0 Kg per housr chlorine gas feeding capacity of Toshcon, Capital, PENWALT(USA)/ECOCHLOR(USA)/ENCHLOR(USA)/Jasco(USA) make. The system shall have vaccum regulator with inbuilt fitler and pressure Gauge, in built Measuring Glass with dose rate adjuster, Vaccum ejector, ejector Non return valve 4.0 m long PE tubing(As vaccum and vent tubing),32mm spanner, Ammonia solution etc in all leads and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing installation & commissiong single phase monoblock pump 1.5 to 3.0 HP of required discharge capacity with Motor of Kirloskar/crompton Greaves make with common steel fabricated base frame duly grouted at site including starter and cabling including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
Providing, installation & commissioning of ISI marked PVC pipe & fitting, ball valves, lead washers, O-Rings, GI pipe and fitting for installation and grouting of steel stand for ejector of gaseous type chlorination system complete in all respect including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & installation of gas filled chlorine gas cylinder of 100 Kg capacity as per BIS standard duly certified by the petroleum and explosive safety organization Govt of India for filling of chlorine gas required for the scheme including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and supplying of safety kit
AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM: The tenderer/firm shall automate the scheme a/w pumping machinery & other units (asper Technical specifications given in Vol II & data sheet No. 11) installation of hardware along with commissioning/programming as per user requirement shall be done. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from the competent authority. Firm has to encorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account( Refer data sheet No. II)
Trial run after completion of the work for a period of three months where in the required labour & material shall be provided by the bidder and energy charges shall be born by the JSV during the trial run. The scheme shall be run at the ultimate design water requirement for a minimum 90 days as per term & condition of NIT
