Notes:- (i) The scope of work is to be carried out from ground level to nearly upto 40 metres of height. (ii) The works are to be carried out on vertical surfaces, flat RCC roof,sloped mangalore roof and sloped galvalume sheet. (iii) Quoted rates are deemed to be includsive for scaffolding/boom lift/crane as required. Contractors should arrange necessary scaffolding/ boomlift/crane and takes all safety precautions for workers at the time of carrying out works as described in Sch 'A'/ BOQ. (iv) Contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender to assess the resources required to execute the work as the site include prestigeous buildings of INA. (v) Cost of all factors are deemed to be included in the rate quoted in BOQ. No extra claim will be entertained.

Dismantling single layer of mangalore pattern tiles in roofing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof tiles mangalore pattern interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.03 above but except tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ridge or hip tiles to suit mangalore pattern or roofing tiles bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 using water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new MP roof tile surfaces by cleaning the tiles and applying two coats of antifungal paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old MP roof tile surfaces by cleaning the tiles and applying one coat of antifungal paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 using water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete, roof slab padding preparatory to roof treatment, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on roof with liquid water proofing compound surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surface for laying, APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 4kg/sqm and minimum 4mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 160 gms/sqm) by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI frame work 605x605mm grid for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate chennel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleats and steel expansion fastener with and including ceiling section (not exc. 1.2m length) of 0.5mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm flange of 26 mm each with lips of 1050 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4mm thick non-asbestos fiber cement building boards/ eboard fixed or laid/inserted to timber, GI/aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing sadaralli stone including nut and bolts of any thickness on vertical cladding complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 to 25 mm flame finished sadarahally machine cut stone cladding laid dry fixed with stainless steel clamp and anchor fasteners and headless bolts on vertical surface of wall and column by the following method including scaffolding etc. a) Make suitable depression (approx. 5mm width and 25 mm depth on vertical face of stone fix the clamp) b) Make suitable drill hole to the surface of stone and wall/column to fix anchor fasteners. c) Make good the surface of drilled portion (where headless bolts are inserted) using universal surface filler(supertak or equivalent) d) Quoted rates are included for scaffolding/boom lift/crane as required. Contractors should arrange necessary scaffolding/ boomlift/crane and takes all safety precautions for workers at the time of carrying out works as described Note:- Supply only Hilti make anchor fasteners and clamps and headless bolts shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item no 32 above but except sadarahally stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only hilti make stainless steel anchor fastner- 10 x 80mm, stainless steel anchor fastner- 10 x 150 mm and stainless steel clamp 5 x 50 mm for fixing of sadrahally stone cladding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sealing all the joints in sadarahally stone with PU sealent of Make : Forsroc, McCoy Soudal or equivalent including cleaning of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sealing of screw holes in roofing sheets with PU sealent of Make : Forsroc, McCoy Soudal or equivalent including cleaning of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound(WPC) shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only intergral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on wall surface surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of polyurethane liquid or silicone based water repellant repellin WR of Pidilite /Dr. Fixit or equivalent for water proofing treatment before plastering on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (exterior grade) over a coat of primer on wall/ceiling complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions. Note:- The quoted rates includes necessary scaffoldings and safety measures for safe doing of work at heights.

M&L for preperation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of acrylic emulsion paint (interior grade) on wall over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including preperation complete all as specified and as directed.
