Earth work excavation for foundations (Manual Means) of buildings, septic tank, sump, compound wall in ordinary soils and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and depth up to 3m including all operational,incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges etc., as per SS 20 B(APSS 308)

Supply and fixing of Pre - stressed Precast compound wall using precast RCC columns of height 6'-0" above plinth beam, 1ft in plinth beam and 3ft below pile with M - 25 grade of size 150mm ( 1 ) x150mm ( w ) along with grooves for inserting of RCC Planks provided with 7 Nos of 4mm high tensile carbonized pre stressed wire in the concrete columns and inserting pre cast RCC Planks of size 300mm (h), 50mm thick 7'-0" length for each span provided with 4Nos of 3.2mm high tensile carbonized pre stressed longitudinal wire in the each concrete planks making the steel as a mesh including errection of pre cast columns and etc., including labour charges and conveyance and complete for finished item of work .

Supply and Fixing MS grill gate with MS Flats and Square bars of approved size including cost of cutting, bending, grinding, welding, labour charges, fabrication charges etc, complete for finished item of work as directed by the engineer in charge

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint Grade-I VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre over primer coat of red oxide to new iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.
