Taking out existing XLPE Cable of any size in underground / alongwith pole or in any positon, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork (if required) shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply & laying LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumimium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm x 4 Core, laid in trenches / duct / on pole complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells / KEI / Polycab / Gloster / Finolex

All as per Sl item No. 2.00 but cross sectional area 50 Sqmm x 3.5 Core

All as per Sl item No. 2.00 but cross sectional area 240 Sqmm x 3.5 Core

All as per Sl item No. 2.00 but cross sectional area 400 Sqmm x 3.5 Core

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all excavated material in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as in excavated siol complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with clean and dry sand in trenches for protection of UG cable and including punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply & laying sub class 'B', class designation 75 bricks of old size, laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Boring holes horizontally under road, manually, in soft / loose soil, without cutting / disturbing the existing road surface, suitable for inserting pipe of n exc. 100 mm bore at a depth 0.75 m to 1.0 m from road surface for passing of UG cable, getting out and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F for cable route indicator for LT UG cable, 1100 Volt grade made out of 4mm thick MS sheet in round shape of dia not less than 200mm, embossed with LT Cable on it, bolted with 2 nut of suitable size at top of 40 x 6 mm MS flat iron of length not less than 1 meter, complete metal surfaces painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer & bottom of flat iron embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 of size 200mm x 200mm x 500mm (400mm below ground level and 100mm above ground level), exposed surface of concrete painted with 3 coats of white wash including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to earth lead of galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point including dismantling of existing earthing complete all as specified and directed. S&F cubical type LT panel board, outdoor type, factory made from CPRI approved factory, made out of 3.15 mm (Minimum) thick CRCA steel sheet and including MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame work, legs 0.6 m long, MC 100 channel base, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof using neoprene rubber gasket (IP-54), double leaf door shutter in front side and single leaf shutter in rear side fixed with hinges having necessary locking arrangement in both front and rear door, with four side projected slanting roof, provided with louvers for ventilation / heat dissipation, duly powder coated of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally and including mounting on PCC platform made out of PCC 1:3:6, 150 mm thick (100 mm below & 50 mm above GL) all round the panel board and including necessary earth work.
