Repairing of submersible pump capable to deliver a discharge of 1000 LPM at 55.00 mt head 25HP 2910 RPM, 415 volt complete.
Lifting of 150 mm dia columm pipe (socketed) each of 3.0 mt length along with submersible motor pump set submersible cable from approximate depth of 55.0 meter BGL from Tubewell
Dismantling or 1000 LPM, 55 meter head,submersible pump replacement of neck ring, bush assembling of pump and testing it on load at site
Dismantling of 25 HP, 415 volt submersible motor, complete rewinding of motor stator by proper wire of standard gauge, motor repairing,Grinding fitting balancing, replacement of bush, nut, bolt, oil seal and assembling of motor& testing of motor at site
Making of cable joint of submersible motor cable with all material and lowering of submersible motor pump set with 150 mm dia columm pipe (socketed) each of 3.0 meter length approximate depth of 55.0 meter each pipe interlocked with the help of M.S strip, fittings of valves, bend etc make electrical connection and testing on at site.
Dismantling of Auto Transformer of 25 HP starter complete rewinding varnishing and drying of auto transformer and testing of ATS on load at site
Supply of of 10 sq.mm. 3 core Copper conductor P.V.C. insulated submersible cable
Supply of 63KVA automatic voltage regulator (compact) servo controlled stabilizer with accessories as per specification and site Requirment
Supply of chain pulley 3.0 tonne capacity with 4.5mt.lift .
Supply of Electronic type liquid chlorine dosing system
Supply of Chlorine Testing Kit
Supply of Liquid Chlorine (50 Kg Cane)
Supply of Gauges as per specification
Supply of Rubber Insulation sheet 1mt. x 2mt.x 0.025 mtr.
Supply of 100 Amp. TPN Main Switch
Intelligent GSM based Mini Remote Terminal Units/PLC with analog and digital parameters and features as specified mini T.W. and transmit data on GSM backbone. GSM based wireless Communication system capable to transfer and gather data from remote sites to master Control Stations (Voltage, Current, Power factor, Pumping running Hour etc.) with 6 Amp. Automatic Voltage stabilizer including high and low cut and isolation transformer including erection, testing & commissioning complete in all respect.
Internal & External Electrification of pump house for existing Tubewell
One month Trial Running & Five month operation, Maintenance including watch & ward.
