Providing services for routine Maintenance & Operation of Video conferencing system consisting of allied equipments installed at Delhi High Court, New Delhi by deploying 2 Nos video conferencing system operator in general shift/single shift on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holiday for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of above system & providing immediate assistance during breakdown situation including periodical servicing & repairing, as & when required & testing of the system prior to the conference. The Video conferencing system operator should be adequately trained & experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per Terms & Conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required at following locations:- a) Video conferencing system in round table meeting room at Extension block. b) Video conferencing system in mediation centre at administrative block.
