Name of the Work: Internal CC roads to be constructed for 450 meters in the 8 segments at Mamiladoddi H/o Unduru (V) of Samalkota (M) .Est Rs 10.00 Lakhs Forming embankment with borrowed useful earth from outside road boundary by mechanical means with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil at borrow area, removal of top soil, excavation of soils at borrowed area, conveyance of soil, depositing the soils on the embankment, spreading soils, breaking clods, sectioning and consolidation with Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P and seigniorage charges, complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (4th revision) - with a lead beyond 1000m.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded material(Table 400.1) Grading III, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD / MORTH but excluding GST & Seignorage charges.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M20 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD ,but excluding cost,conveyance of sand, GST and seigniorage charges.

Cost supply of earth for berms including cost,conveyance and labour charges for ramming tamping and watering as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH ,including all charges but excluding GST and Seigniorage Charges
