PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL PUMPS (02 NOS) TO AUGMENT THE WATER SUPPLY AT MEGHADRI GEDDA PUMP HOUSE UNDER GE (U-II) VISAKHAPATNAM

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of TEFC, IE-2, NFLP, 1460 RPM, 415 V, 3 phase 50 Hz, Energy efficient, IP-55, class F Insulation copper wounded electic asynchronous motor driven Horizontal multistage split casing pump set having suitable capacity with total 87 Mtr head and 350 m3/hr discharge, Bronze impeller, antivibration pad for pump and motor, coupling, coupling guard and MS fabricated base frame as per OEM recommendation including RCC foundation of suitable size as per OEM recommendation and necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install including testing and commissioning of LT panel indoor type totally enclosed with front and rear opening hinged doors and raised platform of suitable sizes weather dust vermin proof made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, factory made powder coated as approved colour, aluminum bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire LT, AC, 50Hz, 433 volts, 800 Amps capacity RYBN insulated with sleeved insulation complete with multifunctional meter LED type by showing Amps, volts, frequency etc along with suitable size of CT on outgoing, indicating lamp RYB , complete internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable, including chromium plate cable glands and lugs for incoming and out going cables as per required sizes, PCC platform made out of 1:2:4 type B1 and pedestal of 30 cm height from GL with suitable nut, bolts, washers to accomodate the following items including supply and fix following items, complete all as specified and directed :- (a) MCCB 630 Amps 4 pole 50 KA - adjustable type with extended terminal (incoming) -01 Nos (b) MCCB 400 Amps 4 pole 25 KA - adjustable type with extended terminal (incoming) - 02 Nos (c) Star delta fully sutomatic starter 170 HP with in built contactor and relay - 02 Nos (e) Multifunctional meter (KWH, Voltage,Ampere and frequency) - 03 set (f) RYB indicator lamp-03 set

Supply & laying MS ERW pipe of 250 mm dia heavy grade for inserting in position, making leak proof joints including fittings, flanges and testing the pipe line for leakage, including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay GI water tubing galvanised medium grade in floors/ on roof /on wall / trenches including all fittings of 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of 40 mm bore including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CI sluice valves, of size 250 mm dia, PN 1.6, conforming to IS -14846 Flanged end complete with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including flanged joints nuts, bolts washers and rubber gasket etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CI foot valve ball type of 250 mm dia heavy duty with necessary rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and washers complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix CI non return valve of 250mm dia sizes with by pass arrangement and necessary rubber gasket, nuts, bolts, and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CI strainer Y type working presuure 16Kg/cm2 of 250mm dia size with necessary rubber gasket, nuts, bolts, and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pressure gauge 4" dial 0-21 kg/cm2 rating with ball valve including making necessary hole in MS pipe and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.
