Supply and installation for modular construction corrosion resistant weather proof epoxy coated base frame enclosure silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per BS5514/IS 10002 directly coupled to AC Alternator capable of developing 100 KVA at 1500 RPM at 415V 50 Hz, 0.8 pf (lag) generally meeting the reqirement of Bs 5000 inclusive of power control panel (microprocessor based fully configured) to regulate the AC power, 12 V electric starting system 15/17 plate battery complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure with standard AMF panel, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV+ norms, doors must be gasketed with high quality EDPN gasket and durable industrial locking system, emergency push button to stop the DG set from outside, Lubricant oil level, lubricant oil pressure, coolant level with over load relay protection, earth fault relay protection & under voltage protection of capacity 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation for wall mounted bus bar distribution chamber box, busbar made of Copper, 200 Amp incoming current rating, operatinal voltage 415/440 V, 50 Hz, FP execution, 25 kA withstand current, 4 Ways, IP-31 protected complete all as specified and directed . Make: Havells Item Code IHBC020004 or equivalent of Polycab or Gloster.

Supply and laying cable for XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised, steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 120 sq mm x 3.5 core with stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing for cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation, in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide & n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable/pipes and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling in cable trenches for cable protection with clean dry sand unwashed including gently punning in a layer of 15 Cm and 8 Cm (total 23 CM) in thickness all across the laid portion of LT Cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be considered for payment .

Material and labour for Supplying and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV, Type - 1 , flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying for 150 mm inner diameter PN class SN8 HDPE flexible pipe for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Aluminium thimbles of size 95 Sq mm to 120 Sqmm of 3.5 C XLPE cables to make suitable necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cms x 60cms x 6.0 mm thick , buried directly in to the ground (earthpit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts , nuts check nuts and washers of galnanised iron or steel using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR- Part-1 connected to earth strip all as specifed and necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1 :3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, pit, funnel, 15 mm diia meduim grade watering pipe, 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe,50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of size 300x300x50mm as aearth pit cover Reinforced wth 8mm dia TMT bars@ c/c both ways and handle made out of 10mm dia bars funnel ,strainer, Charcoal including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing for OFF LOAD change over switch 415 v sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 160 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out,returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble,in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as in soft /loose soil incuding watering& removing surplus soil material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr & making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding . 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 75 mm thick 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete for posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-2 (using 40MM graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeeding 6 meter mean radius,built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) in two layer ,mixed with water proofing compound , finished even & smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.(WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on concrete / fair face of brick work surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alakli resistant primer including white putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters, walk ways railings, framed work fo fixing for galvanised stee wire , and similar sork conforming to Fe-290 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of steel and iron surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape,made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 75mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for rolled mild steel sections as in framed structure with main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, mild steel angle, flat iron ,Z- sections(ISI mark) conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels/benching of manhole ,drain,laid to shape and slope and surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement,complete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for fencing post,foundation of pole,struts & stay asseembly etc complete all as specified and directed.
