Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Machine Room Less electric traction type Lifts of 1564 KG Capacity, 2 Stops, 2 openings and entrance at front side on all the serving floors, automatic centre opening Glass door, car enclosure provided with Glass panel on sides and travel height of 10 mtrs(approx). and type suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency type traction control, minimum speed of 1 Mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, simplex mode operations, operating panel with luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to AAI's EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for full height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman's switch at ground floor, digital car positions indicator in car and at all positions indicator in car and at all floors with UP/DOWN direction, light fixtures, ventilation fan, etc complete with all accessories including Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) and Manual Rescue Devie (MRD) in the event of power failure etc., as required. The traction motor of machine room less Lift shall be of gearless type and placed inside the Lift hoist way. Elevators shall be BMS compatible.
All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for above elevator installed in Terminal-2 at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata comprising of periodical, preventive, break down maintenance as per the OEM recommendations & AAI requirements and attending emergency services as and when required on 24 hrs. basis including all necessary spares and consumables to keep the equipments in perfect working condition etc. as required and as per direction of EIC.
