Supply, installation & trail run of Reverse Osmosis Plant-3nos

Supply and erection of water treatment plant Reverse Osmosis system capable of removing TDS, fluride etc: reputed manufactures: providing drinking water having consistently out put capacity of 500 ltr/hrs, operating pressure 5 to 10 Kg/cm2 and operating temperature 25o C to 40o C. The system should be capable of treating of raw water having TDS up to 3000 ppm and iron less than 1 ppm and beyond the corresponding treated water should confirm to ISS drinking water standard IS 10500/2012 and packaged drinking water standard IS - 14543. The System should have the following components:- Raw water pump set of compressor/centrifugal type with TEFC motor having capacity 2000 lps @ 25 M head.

RO Plant skid SS 304(Tube size 1.25inch)

1 lot of valves and pipe lines of CPVC/SS/PVC and volume meter.

R.O.Membrane will be polyamide ESPA or reputed make 8040and 4040spiral wounded of Polyamide.

A high pressure pump of reciprocating/centrifugao having capacity 3000lph, 5-10Kg/cm2 pressure and motor rating 2 to 3.5 HP.

A storage tank of filtered water capacity 1000 litre of UPVC of approved brand

Anti scalant Dozer of electronic type with flow rate of 5lph with container for the storage of chemicals.

Micron filter with a capacity of 2000lph micron rating of 10 "PP jumbo.

Composite vessel Dual media filter having media of gravel, pebble, quartz sand and activated carbon with a flow rate of 2000lph.40 SNB PP multiport valve having the size of 14" x 58".

Bulk Flow Metersof ISI C Class 20 mm mini dia

Sampling cocks at appropriate points.

Low and high voltage trip system -

High and low pressure cut off switches

Glyserin filled Pressure gauges

Cleaning in place/Back wash requisite warning indicator .(Cleaning kit)

TDS indicator/meters

Trial running the ROD plant including, supplying and installing 1000L syntex type PVC tank providing at the top of platform and all pipe line works provided at tank and ROD plant etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers.

Providing platform of size 1.20 x 1.20 x 1.1m with 1:2:4 CC for foundation and top of platform, brick work in CM 1:5 using wirecut bricks for super structure, 1:3, 12mm thick plastering, 30 x 30cm glazed tiles to the four sides and top, supplying red earth for the filling of platform including necessary earth work excavation for foundation and cost of supply of materials and all labour charges etc.. complete as per the direction of departmental officers.

The housing of the membrance will be stainless steel-4" X 8"

Instrumentation panels with ELCB, proper earthing and wiring - 1 No.

Charges of monthly inspection,cleaning,servicing Chemical washing and all repairs,if any,so as to get drinking waterISI standard including cost of acid cleaners and alkaline cleaners.cost of all replacing parts,etc.complete for the successful completion.

Pipe line interconnection works

Supplying and erection of 20mm ASTM piping system(max 15m) including street tap

Providing GI sheet truss work for protecting the RO plant and other unforeseen works if any

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing at all heights, levels and locations Aluminium profile industrialtroughed sheet of Alloy 31500/31000/40800, conforming to IS 1254, IS 737, IS2676. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping SS screws of size5.5x65 mm with EPDM seal complete upto required pitch in horizontal, verticalor curved surfaces i/c cutting to size and shape where required as perspecifications, detail drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rateshall be inclusive of all screws, seal, ridge, labour, scaffolding, machinery forfixing and approved sealent where required etc. but excluding the cost ofpurlins, rafters and trusses.0.71 mm thick, the profile detail width 1044/920 mm, cover width 1000/875 mm.

Supplying, engraving the work details and fixing of Granite Stone Slab of size 1.00x0.6m & 18mm thick on the PCC block of size 1.30x0.50x0.50m or over 20 mm (average)thick base of cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers including cost of granit slab, charges for engraving of letters (in 8cm ht or suitable) on granite slabs, PCC block, charges for loading & unloading, conveyance and submitting 5set photographs of board etc complete for providing Work Name Board at site.
