M & L for taking down unsv ceiling fan from any height and carry to local workshop and rewinding the fan with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge including painting ,replacement of down rode, clamp, rubber reel, split pin, fan canopy, fan cover etc. and Refixing the same after reapir of following capacity :- Note :(i) The spare required except rewinding,Painting and down rode clamp, rubber reel, split pin, fan canopy, fan cover, shall be measured and paid separately under the relevent item of BOQ.

(ii) The rate for minor items like PVC cover, iron Jali,PVC lock for jali with nut bolts deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

(iii) The rate for Minor spare like Safety pin, Nut Bolts , Rubber Reel, required at site for change shall deemed to be included in thequoted rate .
