Demolishing all type cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in - charge.
Taking out existing CC interlocking paver block from footpath / central verge , including removal of rubbish etc.disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of engineer in charge.
Excavation of earth depth upto 1.5 mt. Below G.L. for laying of sewer manholes, Gully pits, Chambers, sumps etc. in ordinary soil(earth,sand loam and clay) joints, pits, trimming, dressing, levelling refilling of trenchesincluding cutting of in 20 cm layers,watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material up to a distance of 50 meters from the center of trenches.Excavation in soil mixed with morum,shingle,kankar requaring use of specials T&P.

Providing plain cement concrete bedding with 1:2:4 (M-15 grade ) with carefully compacted backfill using 20mm and down hard crusher broken stone laying in layers of not more than 15 cm thick including shuttering, compaction, curing, etc., complete for PCC bedding and surrounding as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Width of bedding ( Outer diameter of pipe + 200mm or 1.25 times of outer diameter , whichever is more )
Supply laying and jointing of following dia. R.C.C. NP-3 class (with spigot & Socket (S/S) ends) as per IS: 458-2003 {Amended up to date) with Rubber gaskets at site of work, lowering the same into trenches in depths up to required depth below ground level true to alignment as per drawings and jointing with 1:1 cement mortar in coarse sand including cost of all jointing materials, testing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.( Pipes of dia 300mm and above have to be NP-3 reinforced made by vertical vibrated casting process with S/S ends conforming to IS 458 : 2003.

Constructing Brick Masonry Manhole of various dia and depth as per IS :4111 par1( latest ammendment) in FPS brick class designation M-100 in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) including nside and outside 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement inside only. The work includes excavation, dewatering, planking, strutting etc. refilling, disposal of surplus earth with all lift and lead of 50m, Including construction of concrete base with PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 40mm nominal size), preparation of channal up to the height of'the'pipe and benching in PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including neat cement finished, suitable connection of inlet & outlet pipes, testing (watertightness} of manhole, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawing and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (the depth of manhole will be measured from the invert of the pipe to top of the manhole cover).
