RUIDP 40.59:- Providing and Fixing Fine Dressed sand stone/approved stone traditional work as per the existing matching geometrical design including moulding work with fine finishing, fixing with thambli by proper adhesive and white cement with pigment including making groove etc complete in all respect.

The overall size of table shall be 1500L x 900D x 750H. The worktop shall be made of 25mm thick pre laminate partical boards with E1 norms dully finish with 2mm pvc edge band all the side of worktop. Understructure shall be supported on CRCA MS powder coated angular legs of cross section 40 x 40 x 1.6mm thick and horizontal beam made up of 40 x 20 x 1.2 mm thick. Vertical Legs shall be connected with horizontal beam through aluminium die cast connectors having opening of 40 x 40 on the vertical side and 40 x 20 on the horizontal side to accomodate connection of Leg and horizontal frame. Connector shall be L shaped having angle of 10 degree. Cross beam of section 40 x 20 shall be fixed below the table table ont he horizontal frame using aluminium die cast connector for better strength. Understructure shall powder coated upto 40 to 60microns.The OEM shall have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BIFMA Level 2, Green Guard UL Gold Certification, AIOTA, IGBC Gold rated factory certification, India Design Mark.

The overall size of Chair shall be Total height 840 plus /-3 mm, Over all chair width should be 535 plus /-5mm and Overall chair depth should be 535 plus /-5mm. Back Width 360mm at Top and 440mm at bottom, Seat Width 420 plus /-3 mm, Seat Depth 425 plus /-3 mm and Seat height 450mm plus /-5mm . Seat and back shell should made by injuction moulding process with plastic material of PPGF20%. Seat and back shall be provided with cushion with fabir Upholstered. The Chair understructure should be provided with 12 mm thickness MS rod loop legs with rod conforming to IS – 7887. Injuction moulded Polycarbonate Leg shoes shall assembled to understructure. seat assembled shall be with silicon bushes to ensure stratch free when chairs stached. Understructure shall powder coated upto 40 to 60microns.. Overall Size : 900 x 450 x 1830. The body shall be made of 18 MM Thick prelam particle board with 2 MM PVC Edge banding finish. Each shelf shall be of retractable type meant for display of product as well as act as shutter to be retracted for use of magazines storage behind. The sliding mechanism shall be made up of press formed metal sheet and shelf handle should be laser cut metal sheet.The inner space of each shelf is designed to keep a standard magazines or books. The shelf should be made up of of 18 mm thick prelam particle board with PVC Edge banding finish. All metal parts shall be powder coated with 60-80 micron thick powder coating finish. Construction of the product should be knock down design. The OEM should have BIFMA Level certification, ISO 9001, 14001, 18001,Green Guard, IGBC Gold certified manufacturing plant.

Overall size of the metal bench should be 1200mm L x 400mm D x 450mm H within tolerance of plus /-5mm ensuring proper levelling of the bench. The bench should be bent with single stroke radius bending tool to get the inner radius of R75 and outer bending radius of R85mm without any undulations. There should be a gap of 69mm( plus /-5mm) between the LH side of the bench to the immediate slot and same 69mm( plus /-5mm) gap should be left from RH side also to ensure not to have any deformation or drag in the slots while bending. The Metal Bench shall made from a 10mm thick Hot rolled pickled and oiled sheet with minimum 200 no`s of square slots on the top. All through and through straight slots with maximum slot size of 12mmx12mm, with a min gap between slots of 15mm. The gap between the front edge to the front line slots and rear edge to the rear line slots of the bench should be 45.50mm on each side. The Metal bench should be pretreated to ensure proper adhesion with the top coating.
