Providing consultancy service for preparation of DPR for Augmentation and Upgradation of sewerage system (Including Sewage Treatment Plant) of Sewerage Scheme Sundernagar Town under the jurisdiction of MC Sundernagar by the way of carrying out detailed surveying with total station/Digital Theodolite including detailed Surveying of existing sewerage network and proposed network, layout of sewerage system, Hydraulic design of Existing and proposed distribution & mains and sewage carrying capacity analysis of existing trunks sewers, cost analysis, tracing plotting, preparation of drawings using Auto -Cad, Index Plan, L-Sections & X-section (if required) & approval from competent authority complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Existing sewerage network shall be designed/checked for flow carry capacity and if required, additional/parallel lines shall be proposed sewage flow at every node point shall be estimated all proposed and existing manholes, branches/tanks, paths, stream & other benchmarks shall distinctly shown on plan. New STP to be proposed for balance capacity ( for ultimate design year) shall be of latest technology like MBBR/SBR to achieve latest NGT discharge standards BOD Less than 10ppm, COD less than 50 ppm, TSS<10ppm, biological TN<10PPM, and PO4<ppm, toget the recyclable quality of water for industrial/agricultrual purposes. Provision of UV, Gaseous chlorination, OCEMS, DMF, DG Sets, Lab, Paths, Site development, Arboriculture etc, shall be taken in the DPR. The DPR shall include following aspects: (i) Collection of necessary field data, i.e. Zone wise/ ward wise permanent population, Tenants and floating population from MC Sundernagar. (ii) Data of Zone wise/ Ward wise Households including Domestic, Commercial, industrial etc. (iii) Population Projection shall be as per CPHEEO Manual. (iv) Sewage generation for Ultimate design period and Existing capacity created and utilised. (v) Existing infrastructure like Piped Network, Road, Pumps, STP shall be considered and detailed calculation based justification of new proposal for augmentation of sewerage network and new construction / augmentation of STP Shall be prepared on realistic market/Govt. approved rates. (vi) Detailed design parameters like Design period, velocity, Peak factor, population growth rates etc shall be considered as per latest CPHEEO Manual. (vii) Computer Aided Design for Sewage Treatment Plant, pumping station, Network shall be considered. (viii) Detailed estimate shall be based on latest HPSR considering latest rates. (ix) Detailed drawings, estimation & detailed BOQ for STP, Sewerage Network and other ancillary works such as boundary wall / fencing, approach & internal road, external electrification, buildings, water supply & drainage, site development / landscaping, Road restoration, Traffic Diversion, contingencies, Price escalation etc. shall be prepared and enclosed in the DPR. BCR and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) / Economic Rate of Return (ERR) shall be calculated as per requirement of Ministry of UD, Govt. of India. (x) Detailed PERT/CPM network showing implementation schedule shall be prepared and attached. (xi) Operation & Maintenance cost and revenue generation details (O & M Framework – existing & proposed) shall be calculated as per the requirement of Ministry of UD, Govt. of India. (xii) Service Level Benchmarks shall be considered in the DPR. Environmental and social problem (if applicable) shall be incorporated in the DPR. (xiii) Provision of Capacity Building and Rehabilitation and Resettlement plan (if applicable) shall be incorporated in the DPR. (xiv) Checklist for Submission and Scrutiny of DPR (For Sewerage and Sewage Treatment) as per the requirement of Ministry of UD, Govt. of India shall be attached with the DPR. DPR must fulfil all the requirements of this checklist.
