DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

M&L for lifting of old unserviceable submersible pumpsets upto 45 HP from borewell after disconnecting of electrical cables and all column pipes by opening of nut bolts and depositing the pumpset to MES store all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Lowering of new submersible pumpsets upto 45 HP into bore well complete with column pipe from ground level by use of all T&P chain pully block tripod etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Column pipes, cable and other items will be measured seperately under respective items.

Supply installation,testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set of capacity 45 HP, 4 stage electric driven 415 V, Three Phase suitable for 250 mm dia bore well with outlet size 150mm, discharge 1250LPM with 45 meter head all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar / KSB / ITT

S& F MS column pipe of size 150 mm dia bore claas 'C' heavy duty confirming to IS 3589 (1981) thickness 6.0 mm with both ends flanged of 08 Nos Hole fitted with welding at circumference of the pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel wire rope 8 mm dia including required size clamp, nut & bolts for hanging submersible pump and motor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed 3 Core Flat Submersible Cables of size 25 sqmm with Bare Bunched Copper Conductor with Voltage Grade 1100 Volts conforming to IS 694/1990 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing LT Panel cubical type by opening Nut bolt and screw and removing from room complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation,testing and commissioning of indoor type cubicle LT Pannel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50Hz, factory fabricated having mordern fabrication process powder coated having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable rubber gasket to make it dust/ vermin proof OUTER SHELL: The outer shell be made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame, factory fabricated with front and back openable, single door system (back side only) lockable/ openable by keys , louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands The dimenssion of the shell should be adequated to accommodated inner shell described below giving minimum 75mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell along with its control gears /accessories could be taken outside without disturbing outer shell. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal-coated stand having Zinc coating not less than 100 microns. Provision of threateded earthing stud at bottom and lifting lungs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54. Contd....

INNER SHELL: Inner shell shal be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duily compartmentalized for each control gear. Front and back openable single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. Gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completlely vermin proof and to accomodate incommer/ outgoing MCCBs and TPN Alluminium bus bar of rating 600 amps. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shirnkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators made on non hygroscopic, non combustile, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not more than 500 mm throughout the length of the TPN bus bar.
