Repair to Twin Constable Qtr building at Delang in the District of Puri for the year 2025-26.

Dismantaling and removal of 2.5mm thick grading concrete from roof slab including cleaning & removal of debris away from the working area including cost, conveyance of materials with all labour & T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing fully vetrified tiles in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of appoved quality including cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providng and fixing chequered tiles in floors treads of steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with all cost, conveyance, taxes of marble / tiles , labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Vetrified tiles in dados, skirting and riser of steps on 12mm thick cement mortor (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles inlcuding rubbing and polishing with all cost, conveynace, taxes of tiles labour with T& P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 2.5cm (1") thick grading concrete with C.C. (1:2:2) on roof slab using 6mm size h.b.g. chips including watering, curing, all cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Door, M.S Windows, M.S. Grills ,M.S. Grill Gate and Collapsible Gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls, RCC structure including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with CC (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint to wood/ iron work over a coat of primer including cost of the paint, primer, sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two coats to walls with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of paint per 1 sqm with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with two coats of Weather coat paint of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size of c.b.h.g chips of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete road including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers not exceeding 150mm thick over polythene sheet with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including curing with cost conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
