Supply and Plantation of mat type english green grass of good quality shape, size and condition by dibbling root method & including watering, manuring, pesticides, cow dung etc including preparation of surface and removing of weeds, other growth, waste material like stone, gravel etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Following activities/works to be carried out at site for plantation of grass (i) Ploughing of whole site in ordinary soil upto a depth of 30 cm and removing all unwanted materials such as stones, weeds, tree roots etc which are not suitable for healthy growth of grass. (ii) Dressing and levelling of soil to be required gradient and slope after loosening of soil (iii) Mixing and spreading of good earth, manure and fertilizer as directed. (iv) Fine dressing the ground to required slope and gradient towards the manhole. (v) Grassing with specified grass including watering until establishment of the road (vi) Final levelling by spreading sand & good earth mixture, manuring as & when directed. (vii) ATT chemical, manure fertilizer shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates of respective item of BOQ.

Supply and planting of approved quality Golden Duranta hedges of height 20cm above GL and above cutiing flower/plant sapling of approved species, including excavation of trenches 0.45m vide and 0.45m deep for ground cover (hedge) filling with prepared manure soil(ratio 1 sludge plus 2 good earth by vol.) including preparation of manure soil, mixing of soil to improve nutrients as required and inside coat of Anti termite Chemical in trenches, flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish& surplus earth ifi any with all leads and lifts, planting of ground covers (hedge) and stacking in full and final location including returning & filling and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and plantation of herbal garden with different type of plants, trees such as Aloe Vera, Basil, Lemon Grass etc., of good quality shape size and condition with appropriate trunk height above GL including excavation of pit of size 0.6x0.6x0.6m for large shrubs, climbers and herbal plants, filling pit with prepared manure soil including preparation of manure soil, mixing of soil to improve nutrients as required and inside coat of Anti termite/ fungicide chemical in pit , flooding of water, dressing including removal of rubbish & surplus earth if any with all leads and lifts including returning and filling and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm dia GI tubing medium grade with & including all fittings & including connection to the existing or new pipe lines, laid in trenches or laid in floor of appropriate depth (deemed included) complete all as specified and directed.
