M&L for reweaving of charpoy newar / bed newar with 55 to 60 mm wide cotton tape newar superior quality closely weave both side (top and bottom) using newar not less than 3.00 Kg per charpoy by weight including removal of old unserviceable newar, and including tightening of joints of charpoy frame with wooden wedges before weaving all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs / upholstering to sofa chairs five seated (two Nos single seated with arms and three Nos single seated without arms) by removing old unserviceable tapestry cloth and Dasooti cloth, long cloth, coir, cotton layer, Hessian cloth etc, tightening of joints of wooden frame and supply and fix new tapestry cloth and Dasooti cloth, long cloth, coir, cotton layer, Hessian cloth etc complete, all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable cushion cover from cushion of sofa set 4 / 5 seat and Supply and fix new cushion cover made out of velvet tapestry cloth of approved quality, suitable for cushion of size 550 mm x 530mm x 100 mm thick, all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable cushion from sofa set 4/5 seat and Supply and fix new foam cushion of size 550 mm x 530mm x 100 mm thick covered with velvet tapestry cloth of approved quality, all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and laboure for preparation of old painted steel surface of “Almirah large steel with shelves” (internal and external surface including top and bottom) by cleaning / scraping oil, grease dirt and rust with steel wire brush and emery paper to obtain clean surface, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of matching colour (OG / White / Black / Gray) all as specified and directed.

M&L for reweaving of charpoy GI pipe with 50 to 55 mm wide nylon newar white / light colour (1st quality) both side (top and bottom) closely weave using newar not less than 1.5 Kg per charpoy by weight including removal of old unserviceable newar, and including tightening of joints of charpoy frame before weaving all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fabrication and fixing of long rail of charpoy GI pipe fabricated with 32 mm bore medium grade galvanized iron pipe including removing of old unserviceable long rails complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication and fixing only short rail of charpoy GI pipe fabricated with 32 mm bore medium grade galvanized iron pipe including removing of old & unserviceable short rails complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- GI pipe obtained from long rail vide item No 43 above will used for fabrication of short rail.

Fabrication and fixing only leg of charpoy GI pipe fabricated with 32 mm bore medium grade galvanized iron pipe including provision of top and bottom clamp for MNF set fabricated with 25 x 3 mm thick flat iron and washer and welding 3 mm thick MS plate at bottom of leg and painting of clamp and MS plate with 2 coats black Japan paint over one coat red oxide primer and including removing of old & unserviceable leg complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- GI pipe obtained from long rail / short rail vide item No 43 and 44 above will used for fabrication of short rail.

S&F in repairs GI elbow three way, 32 mm dia, ISI marked medium grade fixed to charpoy GI all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F top clamp for MNF set of charpoy GI, fabricated with 25 x 3mm thick Flat Iron welded to leg of charpoy and applying 2 coats of Black Japan paint over a coat of red oxide primer including removing old all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix / welding 3 mm thick mild steel plain black sheet 40 mm dia at bottom of legs of charpoy GI and applying 2 coats of Black Japan paint over a coat of red oxide primer including removing old all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipes. Supply and fixing 12mm thick ISI marked ply wood commercial both faces of size 1990 x 930 mm BWR grade by providing 12 Nos holes (04 nos on each long rail and 2 Nos on each short rail) with nuts and bolts of 10mm dia with GI washer of suitable size and provision of 02 Nos. Flat iron 40 x 5 mm form long rail to long rail in width of charpoy duly holed below ply for support including painting to flat iron with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Charpoy shall be tightened before fixing ply all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
