Dismantling timber scantlings in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc. under 40 sqcm in section, framed work, complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for post construction Anti Termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for post construction Anti Termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) at the rate of 0.50 litres per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same to match with the existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flooring with factory made Kiln seasoned Maple / Teak wood surface board finished with 20mm thick, 50 to 85mm width and in random length in tongue and groove shape, the edges of the boards shall have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove. Under frame shall be made with European Fir/ Spruce/ Pine Wood runners of approximate 60-80mm x 40-50mm size fixed on the bottom side with 10/18mm thick EPDM air cushioning pads by nails at approximate 350mm c/c in one direction complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs or terrace cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description or any other type of treatment over roof slab, parapets, chimney stacks, etc including cement plaster over RCC roof and cleaning the surface with wire brushes and washing with water, removing of insolvent materials and removing & depositing the debris, rubbish, etc outside MoD land, brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg of cement per Sqm over the cleaned surface and provide 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layer/plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement while the cement slurry is still green on RCC roof/parapet, provide oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm after bedding layer/plaster is cured with water for 7 days & completely dried, provide minimum 4mm thick APP based modified polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt fabric weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm with over laps 100 mm longitudinal direction (side laps) and 150 mm on the transverse direction (end laps) by thermo-fused torch flame application method as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finishing the top surface with one finishing coat of bituminous aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) WPC shall be measured & paid for separately as ‘Supply only’. (ii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and contractor shall submit a written guarantee of the manufacturer/authorised applicator for the effectiveness of WPT for 10 years from the date of completion of contract. (iii) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (iv) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for average 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, floor, levelling course, etc by maintaining gradient/ undulation including preparation of surface and mixed with water proofing compound, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

M&L for average 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course, floors, etc, finished fair & even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by meachanical means (any number of layers) by hand held sander/ long handle sander, rubbing down, stopping of distempered & Jet pressure washing and painted surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of earthwork & excavation, sprinkling sufficient bleaching powder including transporting the sludge & other materials in closed vehicle.

M&L for non shrink cementitious micro concrete (‘SikaRep Microcrete-4’ of Sika or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / Fosroc) to an average thickness of 60 mm, meeting ASTM C1107 standard and having minimum compressive strength 60 N/sqmm after 28 days as per ASTM C109, for repair to column, beam, slab, etc, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed. Note : Formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Providing, fixing and removing of water tight shuttering (Form work) using film coated 12mm thick plywood sheets for micro-concreting the lintels/ beams/ slabs in line and level and with proper support of average thickness 50-75mm including scaffolding upto 10m height and all safery measures of labourers complete all as specified and directed. Note : Formwork under this item shall be measured and paid only for repair of RCC members with micro concrete.

Cutting/ Chipping/ Dismantling of spall / loose damaged concrete from soffits of RCC slab / other RCC structural members in a controlled manner carefully by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete upto good parent concrete to expose the existing reinforcement (direct hammering should be avoided) average thickness of 50-75 mm including cleaning the exposed surfaces by air jet, with wire brushes, etc. to remove any loose materials, dust, etc for further treatment with & including all necessary tools, scaffolding, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement bars with wire brush / rotary wire brush making the surface free from cement skin, loose particles, dirt, etc and applying rust remover/converter (Rebaklense RR of M/s Fosroc / Amandur of GK technocom or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite over the corroded reinforcement bars where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application with & including all necessary tools, scaffolding, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
