Attending the p-tubes site for water level monitoring purpose (taking static water level and collection of water sample) and taking photographs of water level monitoring works using GPS enabled android mobile or other similar devices and the real time GPS time, Longitude and Latiude of the P.H.S location has to be stamped on the photograph. The agency will be required to email the water level data in excel format along with the photographs taken for each PHS and the email must be sent to the official email id within the specified time as directed by the EIC. Charges for opening and re-fixing the hand pump including hire & labour charges for tools & plants as required all complete. For 4 x 4 times =16

Charges for measuring of water level from nearby Mark IV tube well by opening the head including tie rod with plunger and refixing the same after measurement by water level indicator tape etc. Including mending good damages. [It is considered that one Plumber (wages @ Rs 326/day) and one helper (wages @ Rs 270/day) as per current PWD(S&P)schedule can operate 3 tubewell per day for taking measurement of water level considering the distance among the tubewells .

Labour charges for measuring water level from P-Tube /Dug Well/Tube well by water level indicator/sounding tape etc. including hiring & carrying charges of tools etc. (For 36 P-Tubes, 36x 4 = 144

Charges for collection of water sample as per direction in double capped 'Alkhathena Bottle' of 500ml capacity ie supply there of and delevery of sample bottle at office.Water sample has to be collected two times during a year as directed by EIC. Total 54X2 times

Add GST(CGST+SGST -@9% each) 18%

Add Labour welfare cess @ 1% of Total amount.
