Supply of Fabricated Sliding Gate Length up to 9 Mtrs. (Made of Mild Steel, Type - Automatic / Manual) without support Structure. 30 feet (For 27 feet Opening) width x 6 feet Height Sliding Gate (as per site requirement and approved by EIC) made of MS with Fabrication / grinding with External grade 3-4 mm thick.

Epoxy painting (2 coats) with Pre Treatment for Water Proofing including Labour (at factory).

Epoxy painting (1 coat Final at site).

Supply of Fabrication 12 feet Support structure. (3 feet underground) height x 3 feet width Support structure (made of MS as per site requirement and approved by EIC ) with fabrication grinding x 1 sets.

Supply of Nylon Support wheels with Fittings.

Supply of Heavy Duty Specially designed Wheels with 110 mm dia with 02 nos. Bearing.

Supply of Rail Line as per site requirement of the sliding gate with Epoxy painting 40x75x40x6 mm U Channel with approx, 32 mm Rail.

Supply of CAME/DAIRO/NEPTUNE/FAAC/LEAPTOR or equivalent make upto 1800 Kg. Weight Motor for Sliding Gate. KIT with Protection rating IP54, (Automation system with module 4 pinion, complete with control board, radio decoder and mechanical end stops for sliding gates of up to 1800 Kg / 3970 lb + Remote Controller + Flashing Lamp + Photocell Sensor etc, with CE certification.

Supply of Galvanized rack in rolled steel length 1 Mtr. with Nut Bolts.

Designing of Gate, Supervision, Installation, Commissioning, Testing and demonstration charges of Sliding gate.
