Box cutting the road surface to proper slope and camber for

making a base for road work including removing the excavated

stuff and depositing on the road side slope as directed upto

Construction of granular sub-base 150 mm thick by providing

coasre graded machine crushed B.T. material satisfying MOST

specification of grading II (B.T. stone aggregate 26.5 to 4.75 mm -

4 75 % and 2.36 mm below - 25 % ) including spreading in uniform

layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in

place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with

vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc. complete.

Providing and Laying spreading and compacting machine crushed

black trap stone aggregated wet mix macadam in the material

5 with water to OMC in mechanically mix (pug mill) carriage of mix

material by tipper to site laying spreading and compact.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1-Cement : 3-

coarse sand : 6- hand broken stone aggregates 40 mmnominal

size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A)

Foundation and Plinth

Providing T.M.T Bars Fe-500/500D Reinforcement R.C.C work

7 including bending, binding and placing complete. (upto 10 Ton)

Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed M-300 grade

concrete for reinforced cement conctere work , using cement

content as per approved Design Mix manufactured in fully

automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit

mixer for a lead up to 10 kms having continuous agitated mixer,

manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced

cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit

mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering shuttering

finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in

recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard

setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing

strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in -

charge. Without Fly Ash (Min cement level as per latest IS

Providing and Laying M.S Side rail of road thickness with

necessary nut,bolt,plates,fixing,as per width,applaying plates
