Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified.

Supply and fix PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 30 mm thick factroy made solid panel PVC door shutter (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with neat moulded plain colour PVC channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuct inside the solvent cement for style and single side pre laminated PVC sheet for top rails, lock rails and bottom rails on either side and as gap insert for top rails and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded to the style and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification .

Supply and fix 100 mm long medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, Butt hinges, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 125 mm extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodized all as specified.

Supply and fix 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section all as specified.

Taking down and refixing of shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each for same opening complete all as specified.

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 7 to 8 mm thick matt finished colour ceramic tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry at 3 Kg/Sqm and pointed in white or colour cement to match existing surfaces screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 7 to 8 mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles of sizes 300 mm x 200 mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

Taking up and down steel tubing 15mm dia and connections complete all as specified.

Taking up and down steel tubing 20mm dia and connections complete all as specified.

Cutting of groves for conceled GI tube n exc 15 cm girth and triming out in with or without reinforced surface complete all as specified.

Supply, lay and fix 15 mm bore galvanized iron water tubing medium grade including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified.

All as per Item No 16 above but except tube and including new fittings as required. Note:- GI tube shall be used from taking down after cleaning.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply and Fix sheet glass, ordinary quality, 3mm thick and glazed with oil putty or wooden beads, in square n exc 0.5 Sqm each pane complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as directed.

Material and labour for providing 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc. all as directed.
