Dismantling & taking out LT burnt cable ends of any size from transformer/LT panel/LT feeder pillar/ street light pole box/trenches any type/size, for repair/making suitable for reconnection to cable, providing lugs to burnt end of cables, preparing fresh terminals and reconnection, fixing the removed portion of cable with transformer/in trenches/along pole/ panel/feeder pillar box, including excavation of loop & refilling complete using old bricks and sand returning filling the excavated soil complete all ss specified and directed.

M&L for dismanteling of of old damaged /cracked PCC coping and prepare the new coping for steel/PCC pole using PCC 1:3:6 type D-2 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate making collar above ground level on existing foundation of pole size 450x450x300 mm high and plastering with1:4 cement sand mixter for smooth look incl curing to achieve the strength and breaking/removing existing old damaged coping complete all as specified and directed .

Repair of earth pit incl required excavation ,earth work and PCC work to make good damaged /disturbed surfaces of earth pit chamber & making new pit cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced and lifting handle on RCC cover with 8 mm bars at 150 mm centre to centre both ways incl supply & fixing of wire mess and funnel including re-connection of earth wire/strip with panel/transformer using GI nut, bolts washer complete all as specified and directed

Checking, identifying the defect /faulty point of LT cable using Cable fault locator machine or by manual excavation and taking out bricks from the trench upto fault point along cable route and re-laying the same using old bricks/sand incl returning filling and making good surface after rectification of defect complete all as directed for the following length of cable :

(b) 0 - 200 mtr Note- (i) Cable fault locator machine with all T&P required for identifying the faulty point will be arrange by contractor and the cost is included in unit rate for finding of fault using machine or by manualy

Dismantling & taking out defective LT PVC/XLPE cable from trenches with cutting and removing defective parts and supply & making cable joint using strait through joint cold shrink type and making connection of LT cables, meggering & re-storation of electric supply complete including jointing material for the following sizes of cable :- Joint make- Reychem

(a) 25 sqmm 3.5 core to 70 sqmm, 3.5 core

(b) 95 sqmm 3.5 core to 240 sqmm 3.5 core

Trimming/cutting of tree /removal of bushes/removal of vegetation growth/cutting trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots arround 2 mtr radius of LT panel and removal from site all as directed Note : this job may be repeated after three month at the same location.

M & L for spray painting of old/existing out door LT panel/feeder piller box any size/type( with powder coated paint using light grey paint in outerside area of complete panel after cleaning and preparing surface incl sign writing & writting of panel No complete all as specified & directed

S&F (in replacement) following items in the existing out door/ indoor LT panels and connection with using aluminum lugs/ferruls incl disconnection & connection of cable and making necessary alteration in panel/door using welding wk and cutting as required for proper fixing & connection complete all as specified and directed as below :- (Note :-Make of MCCB/MCB

(a) MCCB 4 Pole 63 amps rating, 16 KA breaking capacity, 415 Volt

(b) MCCB 4pole 100 amps rating, 16 KA breaking capacity with spreader at bothe side

(c) MCCB 4 pole150/160 amps rating, 36 KA breaking capacity with spreader at bothe side

(d) MCCB 4 pole 200 amps rating, 36 KA breaking capacity with spreader at bothe side

(e) MCCB 4 pole 250 amps rating, 36 KA breaking capacity with spreader at both side

(k) CTs of existing ratio and capacity fixed in LT panels and connect with ammeter

(l) Indicator lamp, LED type incl 1.5 sqmm wire for connection to desired point of bus bar.

(m) MCB TPN 63 amps, 'C' series, 415 volt

M&L for boring under road horizontely of size 50/80 mm bore of GI pipe for passing of cable in road in hard/soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & dismentling of damaged/unsv cable any type /make and Supply & laying (in repair) cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor using lugs bothe end of cable& wrapping pvc tape over XLPE insulation cable and testing complete all as directed for following size :- (Note :- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protection & GI pipe where required shall be measured & paid seperately)

(a) 25 Sqmm 4 core

(b) 50 Sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 95 Sqmm 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.50 Mtrs wide and not exc. 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out for taking out/laying cable, poles &stay etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick after the cable have been laid tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of sand (8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable ie total 23 cm.

M&L for brick laid in trenches for cable protection of burnt clay sub class ‘B’ complete laid dry flat.

M&L(in replacement) for laying of GI Pipe medium grade of 50 mm bore dia in trenches /under road crossing/fixed on pole/wall/under floor including suitable mild steel FI clamps of required size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for busbar chamber box of 1.6 mm sheet with tinned plated 04 Nos copper bars of following bus bar and following box size, factory made, suitable for pole/wall mounted including all connections with aluminum strips/lugs, glands to be provided at cable entries, powder coated paint complete for the following rating:-

(a) Bus bar of rating 100 amps

(b) Bus bar of rating 200 amps

S&F MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts with suitable size of sheel metal enclosure and connection with using aluminum lugs and making arrangement to fix on wall or on PCC (1:2 :4) Bock complete for the following capacity/rating:-

(a) 63 amps rating, 25 KA breaking capacity with bothe side spreader for cable connection

(b) 100 amps rating, 25 KA breaking capacity with bothe side spreader for cable connection

Repairing/overhauling of existing Out door type LT panel board/feeder pillar box of any size/type fixed on PCC block incl cleaning with compressed air, tightening of all electric connection to the bus bar & switch gears , refixing of loosed doors with proper fixing & locking arrangement &necessary welding work as required and replacement of wornout/ burnt/rusted/ loose lugs , door lock, nut bolt,hing, washers,internal wiring with suitable size (minimum 1.5 sqmm) of PVC copper conductor wire ,repair to PCC work as require at site and including disconnection of all cable from the bus bar and insulating the neked portion of Al conductor and re-connect the same after repair of panel and proper connection of main earth wire/lead with panel body using lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No. 26 above but indoor type penal fixed at power house & pump houses complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing/overhauling of existing indoor type LT panel board/bus bar / V-TPN DBs of any size/type fixed on building wall incl cleaning with compressed air, tightening of all electric connection to the bus bar & switch gears , refixing of loosed doors with proper fixing & locking arrangement &necessary welding work as required and replacement of wornout/ burnt/rusted/ loose lugs , door lock, nut bolt,hing, washers,internal wiring with suitable size (minimum 1.5 sqmm) of PVC copper conductor wire ,repair to plaster work as require at site and including disconnection of all cable/ sub main from the bus bar and insulating the neked portion of Al conductor and re-connect the same after repair of panel and proper connection of main earth wire/lead with panel body using lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparing door of existing LT panel / feeder pillar box with locking arrangement & gasketed made of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick including hing & welding work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix (in replacement) copper strips 20x3 mm on porcelin insulator 15 BMD type 'T' placed not more than 50 cm apart including copper nut & bolts & brazing etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engr - in - Charge .( Note :Insulators will be measured and paid separatly under relavent items)

S&F (in replacement) test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 150x150x75 mm depth , drolled , cutting upper & lower portion for incoming & outgoing including double insulators two coat of synthic enamel paint complete as directed .

S&F (in replacement) porceliene insulators 15 BMD type T with nut bolts / screws for fixing of aluminium strips on roof including provn of PCC of size 10cmX10cmX10cm height etc to avoid leakage of roof complete as directed.

Servicing/overhauling of servo voltage stablizers of ranging from 30 KVA to 150 KVA capacity , detection of defective components, replacement of worn out parts and servicing/ cleaning of mechanical components after drawout of coil if required and Testing for smooth operation after caliberation of relay trough OEM of servo/ and resetting the system & setting for healthy system, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Worn out parts shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate and Major parts shall be measured and paid separately are as under:

Supply only spare parts for servo stablizers of any make (30 - 150 KVA) all as specified :-

Digital control card of servo per existing make.

R C network of servo complete all as required and directed at site complete all as per sample.

Servo motor complete all as required and directed at site complete all as per sample.

Micro switches complete all as required and directed at site complete all as per sample.

Voltage regulating coil complete all as required and directed at site complete all as per sample.

M&L Servo stablizer oil having di-electric strength of 60 KV as per IS complete for top up/ replacement all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Oil should be supplied in sealed barrel) Note: Oil shall be filled in the transformers/stabilizers to be repaired or installed at site at different locations.
