Removing of excavated soil exceeding 250mtr but n exc. 500mtr and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over stone masonry for hammer dressing face stones and dressing of the face beds & joints all as specified of squared rubble walling regular courses, Jodhpur type, with maximum depression of face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20mm as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Keyed pointing to squarred rubble Jodhpur type , uncoursed or brought upto course with cement mortar 1:4 as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straigth or curved) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint over a coat of white cement as primer all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straigth or curved) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F, MS work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-165 as in MS flat iron fillets etc for securing chain link fencing including angle iron horn & necessary cutting drilling etc complete to any type of posts screwed in position with nuts, bolts & washers, etc all as specified and shown on drgs.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any descripltion, exc 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for laying 40 to 50 mm thick quarry faced stone slab 25 to 30 cm wide and not exceeding 60 cm long laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent patties n.exc 10 mm for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to XPLE cables with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover to UG cables Note:- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of with necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.
