Banker Details

The intending bidder as a prime contractor, should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work such as Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Sanchar make License free walkie Talkies systems of the value not less than Rs 4.62 lakhs in the last five years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) in any Government/public sector organizations or any major process industries.As a proof, the bidder shall submit a work order and relevant work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL and by the competent authority in case of other than KPCL. (Work done of previous year shall be given weight of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of FY-2026-27).

The bidder should be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized dealer/service provider for Sanchar make walkie talkie systems.As a proof, the bidder shall upload valid authorization documents.

The intending Bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 9.23 lakh in any two years during the last five financial years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26).As a proof, the bidder should upload a copy of turn over certificate or profit & loss account duly certified by chartered accountant. (Financial turnover of previous year shall be given weight of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of Financial year 2026-27).
