Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set(water cooled with coolant) 500 KVA with AMF Panel, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, comprising of engine (as per IS:10001/ 10002) directly coupled to Alternator (as per IS: 13364) mounted on common base frame fitted with AVM pads complete with fuel tank, standard manual control panel, battery with leads and Acoustic enclosure (CANOPY) as per latest CPCB Norms foundation (as per OEM design), control panel with necessary meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete as in foundation (1:2:4) type B-1 of approximate depth 150mm above the finished Gen set Room floor level and length and breadth of foundation should be at least 250 mm more on all sides than the Gen Set and provision of nut, bolt for the fixing of Anti vibrating pad complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 630 sq mm,3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed for the following.

Soft/loose soil.

Hard/Dens soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable ) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- Only punned down sand thickness 18CM shall be measured and paid

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 2 Flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 500 sq mm,3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix and Connection ON LOAD change over switch 415V in SS enclosures 4 pole of capacity 800 Amps complete all as specified and as directed. Make: L&T Cat No C0580000000 or Equivalent in Siemens/Schneider

Supply and Laying 100 mm, `light grade', galvanized steel tubes with all fitting; laid in trenches for road crossing of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for GI pipe 150 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, Type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate for pole coping, road repair etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F ACB 4 Pole 50 KA EDO type ,Microprocessor based with LSING protection, inbuilt O/L (Phase & Neutral),S/C with time delay & instant short circuit ,E/F protections, neutral protection with, current, voltage, frequency, energy and power metering LED/LCD display & last 5 fault event history, current unbalance, percentage loading, inbuilt communication, under and over voltage protection, under and over frequency, reverse power(DG Set) with 4 Nos NO&NC Aux contacts(Ics=Icu=Icw=50KA for 1 sec),shunt trip release/under voltage release protection by external relays for restricted earth fault, trip circuit supervision etc all as directed. Make:- L&T Cat No SL96052 or equivalent in Siemens/Schneider.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode,60 cm x60 cmx6.3 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm up to 7.5 m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth strip protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe and connecting to earthing test point & to main switch board etc all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule part I & including necessary earth work in any type of soil. The rate also include cost of charcoal & salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thickness,20 mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering, funnel wire mesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1,40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover RCC frame etc including testing all as specified and as directed.
