| 1.01 | Charges for (complete overhauling) ,opening of 2MVA Transformer Top Cover,Complete cleaning the inside Tank, changing the complete Gasket including Top cover HV-LV Bushing, Conservator tank gasket, and all relevant parts of the Transformer, washing of coils, Radiator washing, supply, fitting and fixing of complete new Gasket set with 10-15mm crock sheet of 2MVA 11/.433 KV distribution transformer including Radiator fins, conservator tank, buchloz relay assly. etc. 2MVA transformer heating (meggar value IR increasing). 2MVA transformer coil washing, pressing etc. After fixing of gaskets and oil seals, the transformer is to be filled with Filtered Transformer Oil to the required level.If any insulation required the same to be provided . Conservator Tank welding etc to be done accordingly. Supply and complete replacement of all oil seals, silica gel breather with fresh silica gel, cover bolts, plug, caps, screw, conical washer, valve insulation materials, minor repairing of transformer for leakages arresting,Lt side bushing connecter to be provided by same material and broken LT insulator bellow top cover to be changed. Also, any damaged or broken insulator to be replaced by new one for both LT & HT side. Drainage oil valve to be replaced if necessary by new one. Other reqd. parts and gaskets of IS standard. Painting with ISI mark insulation & oil resistant paint of transformer with red oxide primer and smoke grey paint with Final installation & commission with supervision & charging at site. Cable join kit 02 no’s of 95Sqmm to be provided. All desired Testing of Transformer to be done as per IS standard with test certificate.
