S&F in repair of broken/damaged legs made out of mild steel sheet duly welded by spot welding (Thicness of metal to be welded shall not exceed 2mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing loose shelf from locker bed side and refixing in the same position rigidly after minor repair as necessary with new clips,nuts , Bolts as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement haps and staple Stainless Steel of size 100mm (of approved make and design) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement handles from front shutter with chromium plated Handle of size 115mm (Godrej pattern) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of bottom shelf made out of 16gauge MS plain sheet of same size and in the same position with new shelf clips,Nut & Bolts including painting with One coat of Oliv green synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) using spray machine including preparation of surfaces and taking out existing unserviceable shelf complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of intermediate shelf made out of 20gauge MS plain sheet of same size and in the same position with new shelf clips,Nut & Bolts including painting with One coat of Oliv green synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) using spray machine including preparation of surfaces and taking out existing unserviceable shelf complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of inside partition made out of 20gauge MS plain sheet of same size and in the same position with spot welding including painting with One coat of Oliv green synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) using spray machine including preparation of surfaces and taking out existing unserviceable shelf complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of unserviable broken Curtain Rod of 19/20mm dia Aluminium Rod of same size with stainless steel bracket in the same position by spot welding including painting with One coat of Oliv green synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) using spray machine including preparation of surfaces and taking out existing unserviceable shelf complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of damaged/Broken seat frame of chair CB steel tubular with/without arms with well seassoned 1st class hard wood ( Teak) of same size as that of existing one including making holes for weaving slightly rounded on edges, including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality) olive green over one coat of red oxide primer after cleaning the surface and preparation of surfaces all around frame and recaning with new plastic cane 2 mm wide & 0.40mm thick half round of superior quality white or cream colour (weighing not less than 6gms per 10 RM), wooven shall be as shown on drawings and approved by GE (Godrej Pattern ) strengthening band shall be 3.5 mm wide plastic cane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 25mm mild steel square tube 20 cm long not less than 16 gauge thick each welded to GI Charpoy pipe in four corner to support by spot welding( Thickness of welding metal shall not exceed 2mm) including taking out old broken/damaged stiffner complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of top of teapoy verandah made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board bonded with phenol formaldehyde resin, exterior grade(one side teak faced and other side balancing white lamination),conforming to IS, with 4mm thick teakwood edging all round the top including necessary polishing complete and painting of steel surfaces with white paint all as specified & directed.

Taking out u/s ply wood from back side of side board and providing new 6mm thick ply wood commercial face both side, BWR Gde I conforming to IS as approved including necessary polishing both inside & out side complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing new shutter double leaf made out of 18 mm thick particle board bonded with phenol formaldehyde resin, exterior grade, one side teak finish and other side commercial finish fixed with continuous hinges chromium plated (Piono hinge) and polishing complete including provision of 4mm thick teak wood edging duly polished alround complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable drawer from side board and providing new drawers made out of 12mm Teak wood all sides with 4mm wide teakwood edging at front side and bottom with 6mm thick plywood commercial face both side BWR Gde-I,including necessary French polishing high gloss finish over wood filler to all exposed faces complete as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr in charge .

Taking out existing old unserviceable Leg of bin soiled linen multipurpose and providing new Leg made out of well seassoned Ist class hard wood (Teak wood) duly polished with high gloss French polishing over wood filler including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and direct by Engr-in-Charge.
